Shouldnt adi's case be reopened before ruhis?

I havnt read the spoilers only headlines but in the accident track they mentioned adis custody case will be reviewed/reopened... So how can ruhis come before or can both be opened together at the same time. Also, it seems as though ShaShok wedding isnt happening and so doesnt that give Ishra advantage so that they can get custody of adi 😕

not necessarily, in legal terms, its either the court who have decide upon it or the petitioner to file a review petition on the case. Here, the petitioner is RKB, he knows Aadi will not be ready to come to RKB, u can't force a kid, if he again lies about manhandling like he did earlier. Court may ask Raman to provide financial support to his ex & kid or any other drama...

Most probably the reason for Ruhi's case review is because of Raman-Mihir's fight near Ruhi school, Shagun might file a review petition regarding an unsafe environment for her daughter to hurt Ishra or media might have telecast the incident, which court might have taken it as a Sumoto & decided to review Ruh's custody again.

Ruhi custody case reopening has a lot of potential for storyline if the cvs really work on it...as for adi ,i don't think the audience are ready for him to join the ballas because when he does in the future,there will be a lot more trouble for ishra,its kept for the future.

adi's case was simpler and he was old enough and he chose shagun. ruhi's case has been damn complicated wid raman and shagun fighting 4 her and then her wish and ishra's marriage 4 her , so it is nt properly closed 4 lifetime na and shagun opened it looks like 😕

Personnally from every angle i prefer Adi to stay with Shagun only
For Ruhi, seeing the Mihir Raman fight article and offscreen pics by kids and Karana Anita
I think there is a scene like at school Mihir and Raman fight and Mihir, Raman or even Ruhi get hurt, then as there r nurse behind in the pic posted by Ruhanika seems they will bring that person to hospital, then i think there is an upcoming scene like this

Ruhi ' s custody was supposed to be reviewed after 6 months.
