Two solutions:
-there is no ShaRam scene and they just took random pic on set
-we will have a ShaRam scene , look like a hospital chair behind, aab kisne suicide kiya, kahin Ruhi ko custody case ke tension me to nahi kuch ho gaya?? Hhmm letw wait n watch!!
