no religion preaches to raise a hand againt female in the first place. ppl shud learn how to behave like human being first...if her attire bothers u ...just lower ur vision.. haya is for man aswell.u need not go around and "punish" her for anything

Exactly Shab..
No one has the right to raise a hand on women specially by telling her what to wear and what not to. People really need to stop with the moral policing. Its everyone's own choice.
If one doesn't like it, they can easily ignore. What's with raising hand in public.?
