How did Mihika not know that she was NOT raped?!!!

This is height of nonsense from CVs. They showed Mihika didn't sleep with Ashok and the doctor confirmed it to Ishita. Very well but my question is Mihika didn't know whether she's raped or not after she came back to her sense. How was this possible? After that incident, 24 hours passed but she couldn't understand that nothing had happened to her...!!! 😲

Ishita is also very disappointing yesterday. After hearing the news, only thing she did to go for an elaborate exploration for her saut!
