I totally feel what you are saying G. You've analysed the father son scene really well ( wish they had a better actor for Adi too, no offence to the young actor playing the role, but he is not able to express what is needed)
I feel the disconnect too - hope the soul is back soon.Lovely collage as always.👏 👏👏PS thank you for the bonus pic ( drooling) and for sparing us from more pics of Lambu 🤣

Brilliant quotes...so apt!
Gan I love the collage and specially the quote! It fits perfectly with that scene! Everything you have said I couldn't agree with you more! Also I didnt connect with the episode either. Actually I felt there was no flow and it just felt so awkward. Thanks re and I agree about the lack of flow...the scenes felt disjointed...as I just wrote to V, as if they just wanted to get through the scenes...without much soul put in them.
Before I talk about the Adi-Shagun-Raman scene, I want to give special shout to the Bhallas and Iyers for being their for Mihika-Mihir. I really love the family unit coming together in the time of crisis! The only thing I wished they showed was Amma, Toshi Anuty, Vandu, and Simmi beating up Ashok when they caught him in Mihika's room😆! I would have loved that too😆...how could a girl who just tried to commit suicide be left alone to be hounded by anyone...Convenient much?🤢
Also it was really disgusting how the CVs are showing the rich people can get away with anything. Because you have the money you have the right to commit any crime you want. How are people suppose to trust doctors if their given the money the will change reports specially in rape and assult cases. That scene totally turned me off.😡 That's called creative b**ll S🤬 of the lowest kind! I thought the channel with Nayi Soch would object to that line of thinking..even for a fictional show.
Now coming to Adi! I really felt so bad for him today. The hatred I had for him disappeared when I saw that scene. Like Payal, I am to getting attached to Adi the character (not the actor)! All I want to do is hug and protect him from his evil crazy mom. I felt so bad for him when he was crying. Like I said yesterday in your post, Adi is going through deja vu again. He watched his parent's relationship crumble once again in front of his eyes. Ashok may not consider Adi his son but Adi did or does consider Ashok his father. He saw how much Ashok meant to Shagun and how they were happy for the past 6 years. Then the same man announces his desire to marry another woman other than his mom. Can you imagine what a toll it takes on a child's state of mind? He is again in the same situation as he was 6 years ago. He will again be used as pawn by his mother to get back at Ashok and even Raman. This poor child. He has no positive role model in his life and in the critical stages for when parents should put manners and proper social skills in their children, nobody actually taught him those skills. Parenting is never ending job and Shagun is and never will do her job as a mother. The parents on this forum will know more than me about parenting since I am not a parent yet. Coming to the scene today, I also felt that Adi put his guard down a little towards Raman. I think that child just wanted comfort because he can't really go to his mom because she is a bigger baby then he is. I think Adi is tried to fighting alone against the world. And then had to enter poisonous Shagun. Like I said yesterday she manipulates her own child and today that was exactly what was shownt. The poor child never even got a word in and Shagun started her nonsense. I can't believe she didn't see her son's pain and started her negative talk. How do you expect a childlike Adi to be positive and caring or even have manners, when the main parent in his life doesn't have those skills herself. The people who actually understand his feelings and want to protect him from all this negativity around him, he considers them his enemy and thinks they are out to get him. I really feel bad for Raman because he really is helpless in this situation! It is not easy for a real parent to watch their child in pain. I really would love to see the CVs sheld a light on why Adi has an unhealthy attachment to Shagun. If I was Shagun I would want to protect my child from all this. She doesn't even let Adi think for himself. I don't how she does it but she manipulates Adi into thinking the same way she does. She should have never against Raman in the first place. Just because parents are divorce, that doesn't stop them from being parents. Ekta's new show Itna na karo mujhse pyar has the perfect motto, A husband and wife get a divorce, not the parents! I still am trying to figure out if she really loves Adi or she knows Adi is her only way of getting things from Raman and Ashok. Her denial is irritating now, that I just want to slap her and tell her to wake up. Also I don't understand why Shagun keeps saying that Ishra stole Ruhi from her. Does she have amnesia or something that she forgets that she left her 6 month old baby herself. I really hope Adi gets the love he wants because that child has suffered the most because of his mother's decisions. Ruhi was very lucky that Shagun left her because she found a mom that loves her more than anything in this world. Wonderful! 👏 especially about the part where he feels deja vu of going through what he went through 6 years back.
I know the Ishra scene today sucked but here is my daily poem dedicated to them: I wish just one day either DT or KP visit this thread just to see the daily poems/songs dedication in their characters' honor😳
I awake each day with a smile
And greet it with a laugh;
The world is a treasure to me
Because of you.
Every time I think of something sad,
I replace the thought - with you!
My mind is instantly changed
And my heart is filled with gladness.
Every breath I take is meant for you,
I live this life surrounded in joy
And I bathe in the promise of your love,
My soul belongs to you.
Each time I see something beautiful
I want to take it and bring it to you;
My life has so much meaning now
All because of you.
~Kate Reneigh Woodruff
Thanks G for the update and doing it with lots of patience.
I think the culprit is BCL cricket. Now that it is over, YHM heart will be in the right place.With Karan Patel giving his 200% to BCL and his badi behna😉, we saw more of the other characters in prominence. Maybe by next week everything will be back to normalNOTE: Felt bad that Karan team lost the semifinals but in a way was good as did not have the courage to watch LEGALIZED CHIPAKNA of badi behna on camera😡

Thanks for the post 😕, really flat episode today, loved toshiji and Amma scene, and yeah more than anybody Adi is getting affected. But pls they could have done a better job in selectingg a child artiste for Adi's character, so many of the viewers wouldn't sympathise with the Adi character, because of the flat exprssions by the actor.
And thank god BCL is over, pls for the past 3-4 episodes I have been watching YHM only once, usually I watch the repeats too, yesterday I fell asleep before 10:30, this has never happened since YHM started, and thank god caught 7hrs sleep straight..Thanks for the KP pic, I actually dont like his clean shaved nor the over grown beard, love a light stubble on him.Hope all the actors, CVs, PH, editors get back on track and give us back the old charm of YHM. I am not complaining of the story, because I fimly believe all the actors shld be used and not ignore them.Oh enough of ramblings...bye cya on monday🥱
