Granted, the case here is markedly different, ashok already knowing her plan and drugging her,which makes this whole thing a rape..

However, the critical point here is: girls need to get a brain. Agree with Sid4TeamCanada. Mihika asked for it...she did all to encourage Ashok to have sex with her...in fact to argue from the other extreme point of view, what proof do we have that she was averse to the idea of having sex with Ashok.

I feel strongly that Param got away unpunished, that Ishita never confronted Raman on his assault or the guys molesting her at the bachelor party incident not being punished.

I HATED how the Cvs treated Param's track. Ishita was held responsible and was told she brought it on herself.

Its become a perv parade past few weeks..ishita has beem molested thrice now if we count the drunken raman incident ( i do), sarika-param, ashok harassing mihika multiple times and now this..are the women in this show only existing so tht they get molested? And not once has any legal action been taken..param is roaming around without a care in the world "on bail".
