First thank you for this much needed post and thanks for the collage, I am gonna stare at this and try to forget the episodeG I do not believe in rants either because they are counter productive and invariably lead to foul mood, so I am gonna use this space to thank the team for the things that they have done right so far and the potential that this story holds.1) Thank you for showing that motherhood is not connected with biology and lineage, it is a feeling that is indescribable, it can only be felt. As an audience we feel that pious bond of motherhood when we see Ishita-Ruhi on screen, the warmth of their relationship reached our hearts instantly. So thank you for giving us this beautiful bond between a mother and a daughter.-I urge the makers to continue showing this bond and the TRP will follow, if we wanted to watch a run of the mill show I have a thousand other options.2) Thank you for not showing a typical saas-bahu relationship, it is endearing to see Toshiji-Ishita relationship, there is understanding, their a mutual respect for each other and the sense of gratitude that Toshiji has towards Ishita for taking care of her son and turning his life around is exemplary.-CVs continue on this route to show a MIL standing by her DIL in times of crisis, not will the TRP follow your lead but you will be setting an example for the society by portraying a MIL-DIL relationship in a positive night. This is nayi soch that you showed us on screen do not abandon it now.3) Thank you for showing Ishita as an independent working women, I applaud your strength of showing Indian women in glory, we are women who excel at work and raise our family.-Please continue with this, show us an Ishita that is fiercely independent and is not dependent on her husband for financial matters. You want TRP show financial stress between this couple that is reality, a lot of couples battle finances and money decisions. This is nayi soch, you gave us realistic characters now give them realistic storyline.4) Thank you for giving us a brilliant supporting cast, it makes this show so much more fun to watch, you gave us Mihir a man who stuck by his BIL and opposed his own sister, you gave us a feisty Mihika who was never afraid of speaking her mind, you gave us Bala a voice of reason and a support system for the Iyers, he became their son and not SIL, you gave us Mr. Bhalla and his immense love for his DIL, you gave us Toshi ji.-Do not ruin characters for TRP by showing nonsensical plots of bedding people to prove them wrong. Also have all these characters be true themselves, have Mihika expose Ashok but not by luring him sexually. What kind of message are we sending here, that all women can do is lure men using their sexuality and that men are dumb enough to get lured. Why demean both the genders. Continue all these character growths and see how it transforms your show. Also sex is not a taboo so let's not make it one, do not have Mihika marry Ashok because she supposedly slept with him, sex is not a reason for marriage, here is nayi soch, have Mihika file charges of sexual assault and using the media to expose Ashok. Sex does not equal marriage.5) Thank you for giving us an unique and mature love story, this is the crux of your show. Thank you for showing two imperfect people falling in love oh so perfectly with each other. There are aren't enough words to describe this beautiful relationship, you guys drew these characters so oh so beautifully that we are hooked to your show. There is so much depth in this union and so far we have loved their journey. This is nayi soch to show a 'barren' woman fill all the voids in a man's life who supposedly has everything.-Do not ruin their characters by bringing in stupid conflicts, they are a team so have them grow together and battle every problem they face together. Show their journey of progress not just a couple but as individuals. Show Ishita talking about her insecurities of not having a child, show his insecurities of feeling inadequate at making a marriage work. Show their struggle of juggling their extended families, work and their life as a couple together, show real problems a modern couple faces everyday to make their marriage work. The work pressure getting too much, responsibilities of kids, social responsibilities, complacency in a marriage etc. Nayi soch is staying together and being each other's support irrespective of the problems.Okays I have done enough rambling. I'll stop! I love this show and I hope and pray they give me enough reasons to keep on loving it. 😆
Love the constructive criticism & reverse psychology in your post. Especially #5.Good call filling their heads with the stuff we'd actually like to see.

another P.E.R.F.E.C.T. post. I love the route you took...because I was in such a mood😡 that thinking like these wouldnt have come.
I love how underfully you have underlined why YHM has appeal over diverse demographics...and that is the strength of the story. It is a very 'real' story in reel world which touches each of its audience in a unique way.
I hope they see your post...a reminder of what was YHM's foundation and appeal
Thanks Doc..as always speaking from heart which resonates so many others.

i totally agree with you..!!
i dont know why CV's are doing this to us..!!Though i am not hating any of YHM track as i know...they can't afford to lose their TRP they are getting..!! So they will not do anything like that ...end of the day they will be together.,,i really hope so...😊But still...i am feeling like the real YHM is lost somewhere..!! 😒Essence of yeh hai mohabbatein...with which we all felt connected nd loved yhm alot..is missing..!!😭 From the time this shagun wedding drama has started..!! 😡😡I dont know...but now i dont feel connected with yhm...and apart from that...there are less ishra scenes too..!! huh..!!

Look at you being silly! Like they give a shit and read this stuff 😆, it's all about the money P so long as their bank balances grow that's all that matters, they do not care about us the audience especially the audience on this forum.
