Beautiful as usual.

You can never go wrong with the lines of Gulzar Saab. Never. And you seem to know his body of work so well, that you always have the perfect lines to fit the emotion.

This show fills my heart with such poignant emotion day after day. This week, among the set up for the high intensity drama that is to come, every episode has offered a moment of raw emotion that strikes a deep chord. The beauty of it, lies in the subtle, understated scenes which are true to life.

I too was filled with a sense of pride as Ishita gave Mani a glimpse into her family today. What resonated with me is that she clarified that no one would understand the beauty and worth of her and Raman's relationship but the two of them...and more importantly, that no one needed to. And if they didn't understand, they shouldn't judge. The thing is, any relationship shared between two people is theirs alone - they're answerable to no one.

Yeh Tera Ghar Yeh Mera Ghar resonates perfectly with what Ishu said to Mani today - that no third person would understand the relationship they shared...and it didn't matter.

Loved your take on the "home" metaphor - driving home the point that its the people that make a home...and that all homes have leaky faucets and creaky floors, and perhaps its those very imperfections, which give it unique character, and make it perfectly cozy...comfortable.

As usual, beautifully written...thank you for your insightful thoughts, and as always, for putting words to emotion in a way I never could.

Love.
P

P 🤗, Gulzar saab is a genius like no other and I am in love with the power of his pen. ❤️ Honestly for me the last couple of episodes have been the best, because of the very reasons you mentioned that these episodes are subtle, understated and show a mature love story that is slowly evolving. These episodes have been a poetry of relationships, so endearing to watch.

As usual, beautifully written...thank you for your insightful thoughts, and as always, for putting words to emotion in a way I never could. - Really? Really now do you want me to get started.

Gulzar saab and Jagjit Singh are indeed a deadly combination, I just love their work! And thank you so much for your kind words 😃

@Blue: I agree completely. Even apart from IshRa, I'm truly enjoying some of the other intricate relationships that are being explored.

@Bold: No...please don't get started. I'll stop talking now.

The word is super!

I am super glad that you decided to pen these super beautiful lines. I am super happy because i needed to hear a super writer talking about this show with super positive feelings.

As I was feeling super dismal with the break down of certain characterization. And of cos, I am super sad that the love story needs to go through so many barriers. I am super eager to see a show that will show me super romance and romance only so that i can be super enthralled.

In other words I am feeling super frustrated with the interruptions of their romance because of their siblings, parents , kids and now friend.

Is it so hard to show a simple romantic love story?

How ever the analogy of the tree that has been drawn by Gulzar ... flowers or not enough Doc, we need deep set roots and fruits of the juicy kind.

And I am super glad to see you today. Exams over?

Hellooo it's been long since we had our little chit chat session, so nice to see you here! Thank you for your kind words, you always praise me too much 😊

Honestly I like their understated and subtle love story, for me Romance was when Ishita stood up for Raman, i saw love when she was trying to make him feel better when he was standing morose at the door of their room. I like love in Raman's guilt, i see love in Raman's angry outburst on Adi.

What I don't like is ruining Mihika's character, ruining Shagun and Ashok's character as well. It used to be fun watching smart and intelligent 'evil' characters but now it looks like a circus full of clowns lol

Their tree is developing it's roots as we speak, it will just take some time and some unnecessary drama that we can all do without lol

Exams are still not done ...but that doesn't stop me from wasting my time here 😆

Ishita very well explained it Mani... no third party can understand and shouldn't judge also as they don't know the intricacies of any relationship...what every it is it theirs and to see u will need our eyes...

as the song aptly says... kisi ko dekna ho agar to pelhe aa ke mang le teri nazar meri nazar

I loved the episode and Ishita Mani scene a lot and hence the song, I love love Gulzar saab so whenever i get a chance to revisit his work I jump on that opportunity.

U R SUCH A BRILLIANT WRITER...ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT...LOVED IT...

To outsiders their home may seem unkept with broken windows, walls covered by mold of the past and a ceiling leaking problems but if you look at their home through their eyes, we will see a home kept together with serenity, windows letting hopes and dreams enter their lives, walls colored with their love removing the mold and ceiling kept intact by their commitment and support to protect their tiny family from a rainy day.

BEAUTIFULLY PENNED...
THANKS EWS...

Such a beautiful piece of writing. 👏
ishra's journey is truly one of a kind. But would be happy if cvs don't spoil the fun with so many unnecessary dramas. Twists and turns are welcome. But everything has a saturation point. Including our patience. 😭
