Who in the world was she trying to protect by keeping what Ashok was doing to her a secret? She didn't even tell Mihir! Even if she was trying to protect Shagun, wouldn't it have been better to tell Shagun the truth long ago, instead of on the day of the wedding? what is more disgusting is that cv's do not even know how to deal with it appropriately, instead they make a mockery of it. if writers choose to highlight such disturbing story lines then it is their responsibility to write it sensitively. Even now ashok will get away and mihika will get all the blame.
