CHAPTER 3

The bhallas came to know about the wedding being cancelled and felt bad only for Mihika. None really bothered about Shagun and no one really thought about Adi as well. He might have lived with the Bhallas but they have started to live a life without them. All could only think good about the Iyer family. One lady gave all her heart and love to a 5 year old child and kept facing a lot of trouble for being Mrs. Raman Kumar Bhalla. They expected the least from Mihika. Today she has also done enough and more for her fiance and Sister In law who failed to notice the truth behind all this. Amma and Appa were never happier. They had the best of Sons in the name of Son in laws.

Back in the master bedroom, His phone started to ring flashing Shagun's name. Be it good or bad Ishitha noticed it first and nudged Raman to attend the phone. He just stood up from his place, hearing the other person speak. Ishitha, who had come out after changing noticed the stress on his face and looked at him with raised eyebrows. "Ishitha, Shagun is very depressed and I do not know she was talking some nonsense about our interferences in her wedding and getting cancelled. Now she wants to secure Adi as he is even upset after the whole turn of events. Till she sorts out her issues with Adi she does not want him to stay alone. Shagun feels I should be there to take care of him." Masking her expressions, she asked how long at Mihir's place ? Ishitha, not at Mihir's place but she means here in our house." A sudden joy rushed through her body "she is right Raman and you are the one for Adi. I think you need to leave right away to pick him up. Ek minute, They are waiting inside the car near our apartment. what ?". They both head towards the lobby of their apartment

They reached the lobby, and found the mother-son duo pulling two bags along with them. Ishitha looked at Raman and signaled him to help them out. They welcomed the two of them in to the flat only to receive stunned reactions from the family. Adi ... and Shagun, why have you come here with that face of yours, pounced Mrs. Bhalla. "I have not come to answer any of your questions. My son has all the rights in this house and he will stay here. Also knowing about all of you I cannot let him stay alone so I am with him."

A person who was ready to give her life for the Bhallas and do anything for them had some kind of fear engulfing her. She could accept the boy who hated her and would go to any extent of harming her but was not able to accept the woman who had tagged along with him. Shagun was clear that she could not leave her son alone but Ishitha could not let her heart roam alone. All looked towards the strength of their house one after the other. Mrs. Bhalla was the first one who could understand the whirlwind of emotions that would go through a women's mind, immediately moved forward towards her daughter in law, held her hand firmly which did bring some kind of courage in Ishitha's heart. "Ishitha You had an appointment today why did you not go ?" She was thankful to her mother in law for her timing, All she needed was sometime alone, some fresh air, the house was big but it could not provide her the peace. He wanted her to stop, look in to her eyes and get himself clear. she understood him that he had no say in this. It was a news to himself but right now he wanted his strength near him to cross this wave but here she was running away. Fear of loosing one another, Fear of getting rejected, Fear of not being trustworthy were all the emotions one could read in their faces. She looked deep in to his eyes which conveyed something that did bring some kind of a confidence in him and the look he gave made her feel less suffocated.

She sat in her cabin attending her non existent patient which was her inner self that posed a lot of questions before her. All these were far behind her dental world. All had ridiculed her for taking care of her sautan, today she was forced to serve her not by anyone in particular but by fate. The relationship she shared with her spouse then was different, bringing Shagun in to her bedroom was not a tough one but today their relationship has changed for the good. Both had developed feelings for the other, even Ruhi barging in all of a sudden was something which was difficult. Their conversations had entered a new level. They did have their nhok jhoks but that had a little twist and spark which warmed both their hearts. She did not feel the need or the desire to share that space even with her daughter. The soul which had given her all this. Such was their relationship now. Having Adi with them was something which she had always wanted but Shagun along..

Raman helped settle the two of them and found himself in the terrace all alone. He was not used to this loneliness off late. She had always been there as his strength, companion and what not. Today he found him all alone thinking about the new problem which was brewing in their lives. He was sure his son hated the two of them more now, staying in the same house was making things more difficult for him. The way she walked to out of the house in the name of patients was something he did not approve off. It was like she was walking out of his life but thanks to her eyes somewhere down in his heart he knew she needed space. He could not see Abhimanyu her friend close to her, here she was in a situation to stay along with his ex first wife. All he wanted to do was sit next to her and share the immense feeling that he had developed for her and wanted to sail through this with her guidance. He could not stay away from her more than this, he drove to her clinic only to get an assurance. He barged in to her cabin, knowing she was alone

Ishitha... Raman, I understand you. But you are here.

I could not stay there alone. I needed you for that assurance.

I am always there was all she spoke and closed her eyes. Tears ran down her face.

It was a surprise to find him here, but leaving them all and coming to her for her assurance was something she did not expect even at the back of her mind. This one line from his mouth made her feel secure. The feelings were mutual. They held their hands together to face the storm awaiting them.

I totally understand your point about the need to explore ISHRA's thoughts. 😊

Shagun being there is hard but @least your ISHRA are together and in love and Raman is not going to use Shagun to make Ishu jealous... I can deal with that!😛

Adhi & Shagun can do whatever, as long as ISHRA romance continues, and they are firm in their love and understanding of the other's love and have both their familys' support i am good with it! 😃

So please continue... i really want to see where you take this story.😊
