I cannot pretend I to be able to convey the raw emotion of these (small but important) moments the way that the two of you do...that too in a way that is simple, yet deeply moving.

Gan, that edit...you've captured the essence of both moments with perfection. I love it when you use sepia for the heavy moments. It adds an extra dimension.

Doc. I have no words for the lines you've penned. I've read them numerous times already. The edit of the walk with her cocooned in his embrace is equally touching.

You are both, awe-inspiring.

Payal you have me with Wuthering heights quote... Heathcliff is one of my all time fav fictional characters .. Yeah I love dark tormented souls 😆

Thank you Payal for being so encouraging always ... Sepia/black and white is my fav way to edit.. But can't do it as it doesn't fit the moments..

Thank you so much for your appreciation, It's great to collaborate with G and you are very welcome for the translation...although I think in translation it lost it's meaning...I did try my best to salvage it.

P you are killing it with quotes! You can be G's quote buddy! So here's the deal I wanted G's edit to be at the top because of the very reasons you mentioned: it shows both moments perfectly but I lost my battle to G and had to move up the other picture for reasons best known to her.

The lines were penned when G sent me an edit of DT in puttar's embrace, so the credit goes to G 😃

G, you know that I love your caps and collages - you always manage to capture the essence of each episode with your beautiful collages. And I have seen Docs writings on your post and have been impressed by the nuances that she captures with words. Gah!! This has me super excited! I love both of your creations (the collages from Gan and the poetic analyses from doc) so to have them both together is like the best of both worlds! Such a treat! I will totally look forward to these weekly musings!

Coming to the actual post, it was absolutely brilliant! The first edit...doc, it was just amazing! And I loved the caption...aao milo chale.

Then scrolling to the bottom of the post and seeing those two pics by Gan! The pic on the left was literally my favorite moment of today's episode!!! KP just seemed so natural standing in that position...so romantic! (*fangirl alert! 😆)

The second pic was poignant as well...seeing Raman comfort Ishita. They have come such a long way in these past few months. There was once a time when Raman doubted Ishita with the initial Param sequence and took some time to come around to supporting her, but now we have a time where he is there for her and comforting her immediately (of course a lot has changed between then and now). But yes as you put it doc, "their journey will always have one constant: their unrelenting support for each other." He supported her before too but took his time to show it and he supports her again now but we see him immediately show it.

To end of my ramblings, a little shayari (side note: I'm not at all a poet, but these amazing inspiring moments that you two ladies have brilliantly captured are making me try my hand at poetry). Apologizing in advance if it doesn't come out good. 🤔

Hey Doc lovely post by Gan and you...honestly the moment that you picked is beautiful and one of the most amazing moments of this show so far. Though how heartbreaking it is to recall it, live it even. What started off as a night that had romance in the air ended with tears and heartache.

I couldnt help but recall these lines when that moment played out -

Hai zindagi mana dard bhari
Phir bhi isme ye raahat bhi hai
Main hoon tera aur tu hai meri
Yunhi rahe hum, ye chahat bhi hai

In that moment her dignity had been almost stripped off of her, she had been brutalized in an inhuman way and his heart that now beats for her, in unison with her couldnt help but feel the pain, the anguish, the anger and torment because of the misfortune that befell her.

And somewhere between all of this - his first reflex was to check on her safety as his last was to take her in his arms while her sanctuary was when she felt his presence besides her, had his arms around her. The pain that overwhelmed them, that broke their hearts and the dreams that they had for the moments up ahead on this night couldnt break them or the strength of their love, their bond.

In each other they found solace and comfort; with each other they know they can weather any and every storm.

Gan, Heathcliff is a favorite of mine too...what's not to love? 😳

As for this, I'm thrilled for it to be a weekly thing...you both leave me speechless...

I have to be honest and take Gan's side on this...that edit of them walking...that one frame was and is everything...to be honest, I think your lines fit that frame more-so than Gan's edit, so its funny that they were inspired by a different edit altogether.

Either way, you are both supremely talented...I heart you both. 😳

As for the quotes, I've been collecting for nearly 20 years now...(yep, I just dated myself...ouch!)

I am not good with words, and so I have to steal the words of others to convey my thoughts...

And i wanted the walk because the poem talks of a journey... Which is the overall theme and then those moments are part of the journey.

Haww! I get credit for the poem?! Ok I'll take it 😆
