I am pretty much sure wat is going to happen now.
Once raman comes to know abt ishita's humiliation. He will decide to keep distance from ishita but wont tell her his intentions.
Then somehow shagun nd ashok Marraige will be called off. Shagun will know the truth of ashok. Mani will cancel his deal. Mani will blame raman for ishitas condition. Raman will not say anything.
shagun will plan to ask help of raman for adi sake as she will be nowhere as mihir will ditch her. Raman will then think deeply tat this is the right time to sacrifice ishita for her happiness.
Then raman will bring both of them to his house nd all family members will be shocked to see raman' s decision nd also for adi is back. Bhalla family will be against raman nd support ishu. Ishita will tell bhalla family in vain tat let raman do wat he wants. By the way it is his family after alll... In vain...
Then for few days it will be no talk between ishra nd shagun will be happy to see this. Then one day raman decides to end this marriage nd gives divorce papers to ishita. She will be heart broken nd accepts his decision nd leaves bhalla house. Back to square one. She will lead independent life once again. Mani will try to come closer to ishu nd even proposes her but ishita will reject him by saying tat he loved raman.mani will go finally...But one positive happens... Ishita willl save adi like she saved ruhi... Same story will unfold... Cute romance wilk come up again between ishra.
Adi will slowly liking ishita nd will belive she was right nd shagun was wrong.
Finally someyhing will hapen will pay way for ishra marriage.. Then dhamakedaar confession nd consummation.
