I doubt if the clothes really matter. Even in the previous ehsaas promo..she shot in different clothes for night scenes and not her kurti..
It could mean that the promo will play out after this particular scene or episode.. So I guess they used the same costume in the promo..Unless they have planned something else altogether...
I guess it's just best to wait and watch :)
