Based on what we've learned from recent articles on YHM (which may or may not be true of course), here are some possible scenarios we can expect to see in the show.

We know for sure that Adi is going to arrest Ishita based on child harassment case and Raman decides to end his relationship with Ishita for her own happiness.

- Ishita refuses to leave quietly and decides to fight back for her love and marriage. She takes a stand against Adi and Shagun.

- Ishita leaves Raman thinking he doesn't love her, and Raman realizes he cannot live without Ishita. He decides to win her back.

- Ishita leaves Raman and Ruhi is devastated. She decides to bring her parents together and fakes an illness that will bring them both together for her.

- Shagun finds out about Ashok and ends the marriage. She wants to get back together with Raman and uses Adi to achieve her goal. Adi convinces Raman to let Shagun into the Bhalla household. If this scenario comes true, we're all in for a huge huge misunderstanding track. 🥱🥱

The positive about all these tracks is that Ishita's parents live right next to the Bhallas, so even if she leaves Raman she'll still see him everyday, unless of course she decides to move for her peace of mind. 😕

I am guessing number 3 or number 4.

Since its a sanskari slot, they will most likely turn it into a tear jerker and make a Dadi Amma out of Ruhi

Have the 4th play out painfully and irritatingly long. WHY? Because the 4th scenario happens to be Ekta Kapoor's favorite. Its like a well worn path... from KSBKBT and KKR and all the other K factory productions... at the end of the day they all have to have the same stamp of ordinariness and "blah"ness to it

Not sure if you do, but I notice suddenly kids have gained mighty prominence in daily soaps.. didnt use to be that way. These days every new soap is launched with a central kid character... maybe Ruhi's cuteness has got something to do with it

I am hoping Ekta will spare Raman the torture of bedding Shagun again... but if she chooses number 4 then that might happen also

Then there will be nothing left for ISHRA lovers... the show might still top the TRP charts and stay on for 5, 7 or 9 years... winning many awards for Balaji and the leads... later after the leap for Ruhi and Shravu and that kid... Ishita might end up having after her one time sex with hubby

If that happens, then I am sure majority of YHM fans will stop the show, including me. 🤢 Ekta should know that YHM has a mature audience who doesn't want to see the usual formula she uses in her shows. If Raman even touches Shagun again, very few people will see YHM because fortunately for us and unfortunately for Ekta, majority of YHM viewers are the youth and not middle-aged women who watch anything just for time pass. Youth get bored easily and they can stop a show at anytime, so I hope Ekta treads carefully.

I get all sorts of hints that Ekta MIGHT NOT mess with Raman

But who knows... at the end of the day she is a shrewd biz woman afterall... and a positive return on her income statement matters over anything else... positive returns happen if advertisers plug their products in the 7:30 slot... advertisers will reach out only when they know if someone is watching...

You say YOUTH watch YHM, but the USP of YHM is a 35-36 year old, once married guy's love story... so I believe lots of 40- 50-60 year olds must be watching it.

No offence but...Its not Ekta's problem if 12 or 15 year olds want the leads to dance to some Sid Malhotra song every day...or appear sappy and in love all the time...she didnt make the show for them.😆 I am sure there are exceptions...

In India... I am not sure now, but 10-15 years ago they did NOT have networks catering to teens... creating content for teens ONLY... like they do in the West... so teens ends up watching 20, 30 something love stories and want/hope to see ONLY ROMANCE😆

I wont insult the TRP audience either... because what choice do they have?😭

Are there any revolutionary film makers willing to give them good content?😭

I think its extremely disingenuous to blame everything thats wrong with Indian TV on "TRP Aunties" (I know you did NOT refer to them that way at all)😳

The networks nor do the producers of TV shows care enough.

The two top running two shows ...

I have not watched one episode of Candle and wick but I have watched the other one "What does this relationship mean?" show

IT WAS DECENT... DULL... but decent... no major drama... the two families got along really well... met for one pooja or the other... one celebration or the other... on a daily basis...

I dont know what the theme of the show was... but it was bland... and aimless... but did not have the male lead sleeping with any and every female form... like Ekta's leads

5th Scenario - Raman leaving Adi and choosing Ishita over Adi 😆 coz in the promo he said Rishta tod dunga so necessarily not with Ishita 😉

I'm hoping for the best because so far, YHM has not disappointed us too much. Let's hope that Ekta is not blinded by TRPs and follows the same old formula of her former shows. The new time slot should not ruin the magic of YHM.

Sorry I disagree with u that YHM has'nt disappointed, coz it has quite damaged the storyline that it had in the initial months by showing a Man n woman neglecting the problems in their marriage (physical manhandling and emotional trauma) n going about living their life with Nok Jhoks as if nothing happened.

I see the continuation of storyline here n there in bits n pieces but as a whole the storyline does not do justice to the characters n their journey so far (Raman dancing in Shagun Sangeet, Ishita going back to Sangeet after her daughter went through so much of trauma hit by Shagun n pushed by Suraj). I have problems with both the characters.

I will not say that only new slot is the reason for this degradation coz this happens with every other show. So nothing really unique about YHM.

I m not keeping much hopes n taking things as they r thrown our way. 😊

Just saw promo where Ramu decides to end their relationship for the sake of Ishu..or something. Did not watch it properly... It kind of came and went before I could register what Ramu said...

He said somethin blah blah.. Then kept a mangalsutra next to a sleeping Ishu...

Anyone watched it yet???

I saw it but m thinking its a misleading promo 😳

Raman is thinking of freeing Ishita from this relationship coz she suffers a lot everytime (which is true) coz of Shagun n Adi nonsense n yeh Raman ki life mein humesha hi rahega whether he likes or not.

But I think they will not seperate, might have a mini seperation but not a break up as EK shows in her other soaps. But one never knows 😛

This is what I felt after the promo. Ishita has accepted Raman the way he is with his flaws, his anger, his family, his past and all his insecurities then why leave her now when she has gone through the worst for him with no complaints. In fact, if it's anyone it is her who can bring peace and semblance in his life. Agreed he loves her and loving her doesn't mean that he has to keep her away from him so she does not face these issues. If not this then she might face another set of issues. When he breaks his relationship with Ishita worst things might happen to her considering she has gone through this same level of rejection and emotional turmoil more than once in her life. It will be a blow to her self esteem where she might not recover herself fully since she has fallen in love with Raman and went above and beyond for him and his family with no qualms. In the name of sacrifice, Raman is going to make both of their lives miserable without thinking through and understanding the ramifications of what this might do to Ruhi to whom Ishita is her world and cannot imagine a life without her. How will he be able to explain Ruhi?

My hope is that Ishita catches on quickly that Raman is acting indifferent simply because he does not want her to suffer because of him and blames himself for all her issues. I want Ishita to smack some sense into him and tell him that she is his wife and is more than fine going through all the trials and tribulations with him. If this leads to separation and in turn they realize each other's worth in their life leading to a heartfelt confession then that is fine with me. In the meantime, my worry is Shagun driving a wedge between Raman and Ishita considering that they have just realized their feelings for each other and have not yet admitted to each other. Raman is completely over Shagun and hence I have no worries that he would ever get back with her even if circumstances force him to be with Shagun. He is madly in love with Ishita and would do anything to keep her safe. So, I don't think he would ever get back with Shagun and if ever that happens then viewers including myself would bid good bye to this show. I am sure EK will use all the twists and turns to rake in the TRPs but at the end of the day the USP of the show is Raman and Ishita's love story and if that gets jeopardized of course the show will go on but not with any viewers.
