Legally yes Ruhi belongs to Ishita. But if you ask Ruhi now she would want to stay with her parents and not only one. In that case IshRa have to stay together and they will. How because of Raman's current behaviour don't make him a bad father neither Ishita in current state make her bad mother. Just because one is not liking the current Ishita one can't take out the credit from her what she has done to Ruhi and Raman. Ruhi is a dor because of which IshRa are together. One of our title track clearly says it!!!
