guys this is just title of video, not my question or interpretation .

first mihika calls ishu n asks "akka kaha ho aap?"
Ishu about to reply when mani gestures her to not say.
Ishu says bas abhi clinic ke liye/se nikal rahi hu (not sure of this dialog as too much bg noise! )

Then mihika says oh acha, akka n main shopping pe ja rahe hai. Agar aap 1hr me free hojao to aajana"

Not cheating again koi surprise or jagga jasoosi ka bhoot aa gaya hoga ishita mein above all Naagmani is there so ... What a combination IShita is obsessed with naagmani and samaj seva and aab toh full on hoga ishita ke liye iss track mein

BTw iss track mein sirf naagmani is kaami thi aab woh bhi puri ho jayegi...

I think CV of YHM is in love with all irritating characters of YHM...

History is repeating... Few months back we saw a same situation with Raman Shagun and Ishita...Hope Raman trust her like how Ishita did when she found him with Shagun
