Star Plus, the numero uno channel on Indian television,
which is known for its poignant diverse shows, is all set
for a major programming change in its fiction line up, in
the coming month.
Here we go!!!
Our credible sources have informed us that Pyaar Ka
Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Rajshri
Productions) will air its final episode on 1 November,
making space for much awaited Everest (Ashutosh
Gowariker).
Furthermore, if source info is to be believed, Director's
Kut's Tumhare Sheher Mein is all set to replace Yeh
Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (by the same production
house).
The show as reported has Dhruv Bhandari and Heeba
Nawab as leads along with Gautami Kapoor. The
development will happen sometime in November.
We dropped a sms to Producer Rajan Shahi for clarity
and he denied the development.
Moving on, Shashi Sumeet Mittal's project Mere
Nikatthu in most probably will replace Saath Nibhana
Saathiya. The cast is currently shooting outdoors for
the venture. The serial has Sonia Balani and Priyanshu
Jora in the lead along with Akhilendra Mishra.
We texted Producer Sumeet Mittal for a comment but he
too chose not to open up at this point of time.
However, a channel source, on grounds of anonymity,
confirmed the development.
