Ishita and Romi at the nursing home to return the report. And arguing with the receptionist. Romi tells Ishita to sit down and he'll handle it. He gives the ward boy some money and the ward boy says a lie that its for someone else and was sent by mistake to us..

Romi tells Ishita about Raman's award and says he was going to tell you about this and you were occupied and he was complaining you have no time for him. Ishita feels bad about it and says I will plan something for Raman..

Romi calls someone says got your report. I have to meet you .

Umm, one reason why this episode may appear some sort of filler with less ishra or raman is probably due to actor's non availability or ill health which was very visible in last episode where he had a sore throat which I think is perfectly okay because they need time out aswell and despite not being well he gave amazing performances throughout the week.
