LOL .. nope .. MANI will get a rude awakening as well .. there was a reason for the breakdown ...

mani has a preconceived notion .. remember the hero IS RAMAN .. ISHITA loves RAMAN ..

Mani cannot be right .. isn't it clear from Ishita that she knows why he shouts ..

Whats more imp . the only impact of Mani talk on raman was .. when he said .. ur brother also said ur the cause of Ishu ill health ..

Ruhi said the same .. papa will scream .. thats his awakening .. its not MANI ..

MANI is not like bala ... his role as cupid is limited .. his role is more major laters ..

I feel ya Ruby..I rarely cry while watching a TV show.. but this show has made me cry at various junctions and yes most of the time those scenes contain Ruhi! That kid is magical!

And yes completely agreed! Bala's problem isn't too huge.. he'll just end up making a mess by not telling anyone about it!

We can argue that you don't need a third person to get two people closer. But sometimes for people like Raman and even Ishita, who are way too comfortable in being mere friends and are bound by so many insecurities. They need another insecurity to jerk them out of the same.

When there are people like Bala or Ruhi who could bring his insecurity, there's nothing more powerful than someone who can actually make his fear of losing her surface. And her being sick just added another point to the intention of the writer. Be it Mani or her being unconscious in the hospital, he know came close to feel how it would be for him if she goes away. It's not jealousy that he needed, but the realisation of taking each other for granted.

but somewhere i feel he is - ve yaar..dil nahi man raha hain...he is so sweet to iyers ans bhallas..kuch motive to nahi hain...😲
