Mera's musings -Tues Sep 30 episode

Today's episode began and ended with Mr & Mrs. Raman Bhalla. They were a calm couple when Ishita clued Raman in on Lambu's plans to dump Shagun. Raman was also cool headed about it and decided to take it to Shagun. It ended with Raman blowing his top and railing at Ishita for sticking her head in everyone's lives while she's got problems of her own to fix.

Mani believes what I wrote in Mera's musings 9-30-14. ...not everyone gets a second chance at love in life. Ain't that the truth? When life gives you lemons make lemonade and drink it.

Ishita is training Raman in "how to keep a cool head" even as she fills him in on what she heard a drunken Lambu share with Mani about dumping Shagun and moving on.

Lambu knows he blabbers after a few drinks yet he doesn't see it is a problem that he lets slip his secrets plans? Lambu believes Mani is his friends because he gave him a contract? Looks like he's never heard about business associates in his professional life. Sunny bro's warning about losing the contract due to any problems that could arise is definitely happening. Ashok is about to lose yet another contract. Whether Mani figures out the truth about Raman not bribing him or Ishita sows seeds of doubt about Ashok is to be seen.

If Sunny bro is chota bhai why is he bossing bade bhaiyya Lambu around in every area of his life from business to personal and treating him like he's got very little grey matter between his ears? Doesn't he have a life of his own to live? When will they open his case and put him away for betting?

Lambu's been doing window shopping for a bride at work even when he's had one desperate lover waiting in the wings to tie the knot with him for the past five years. He should consider himself lucky that she wants to marry him. Doubt any sane girl will want to marry him once he opens his mouth.

Do Raman, Shagun, Ishita and Mani need glasses to see people seated just a few feet away from them? They are sitting practically next to each other and yet they don't see each other?😲 Does Ishita spend all day with Mani filling him in on the details of her life?😕

If Ishita and Mani are indeed best friends why does she have such a hard time answering his "do you love him" question truthfully? It's understandable if it was Raman asking the question ...her answer would like always be kuch bhi. She was beating around the bush giving him a lecture on what makes a happy marriage.😕

Ishita grabs Mani's hand and gets him out of the coffeehouse, she's not ready for her best pal to meet her husband but has she ever held Raman's hands so freely?😲

Raman wants to help Shagun to protect his children from Ashok's antics in the future. Raman is bound to pick up on Adi's odd behavior when Lambu's name is brought up in the coming days leading up to the wedding and he will do the math that something is definitely smelly in Delhi.

Raman called his chota pal Shravu tingu, now Mani has given him the same nickname. LOL!😆

Aren't Ruhi and Nirvaan in the same school ...Raman and Mani met the principal after the playground squabble between their kids a few days ago? A blopper!🤪

Lambu's suit matched the walls of his bedroom and Sunny bro was wearing his maroon tie and shirt today. Anytime one of the Lambu brothers wears maroon there is trouble in Kaminey kingdom.😕

Ms. Not Interested is suddenly Very Interested in Che foot dho. Even after Shagun slaps her and tells her to get lost she refuses to budge and hangs around. Kaunsi ladki hai ye!😕

The groom not seeing the bride on the day of the wedding before she walks down the aisle was considered bad luck by some in the western culture. Since when was seeing each other before marriage for A WHOLE MONTH considered bad luck?😲 Lambu brothers extrapolated the number for their own agenda.😆

The way Shagun was shrieking like a fishwife and beating Lambu you'd think she was pounding her clothes on a rock, like a dhobi does the old fashioned way, it was downright scary.😲

Ashok thinks Shagun is a drama queen but he really hasn't seen her darkest side yet.. Someone better tell Lambu what Shagun said "you don't know me, I'll do anything to have it my way, and get what I want" and right now she wants to marry Lambu".🤔

Shagun in her fashionista avatar may look like she's going to a party at a country club but at heart Shagun is just a plain street fighter. Her claws and fangs were all out in just a matter of seconds and she was in full form bringing the house down in a fishwife avatar. The way she shrieked as she stormed into Kaminey mansion and then beat Lambu up looked like a wild animal ripping into its prey.

Raman hung around to see the whole charade to the end. Lambu said everything Shagun wanted to hear and his intention to rile Raman was a by-product. It shouldn't be a surprise if Raman uses all of it to checkmate Lambu and make sure he marries Shagun. Shagun made it clear one way or the other she's going to marry Lambu and no one can stop it. Lambu brothers were sending subtle signals to each other, doubt they ever take Shagun's words seriously.😕

Dumb maro Dumb 😛(or is it Dumber) should be Shagun's theme song😆. Dumboo Lambu was her punching bag today and he got a sample of what's in store for him after marriage if he dared to double cross her. She was channeling the character Neelamburi (in Tamil movie Rajnikanth "Padaiyappa") and Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction. Raman must have thanked his lucky stars she walked out on him before he got to see this avatar of Shagun.

Ashok is so dumb, as a viewer watching him getting battered by Shagun was a cringe worthy moment. Sometimes he behaves like he's nothing more than a che foot dho lamp post and there's no lights at the top. Now that Ashok has openly said Shagun is important to him, he better watch out...his words may come back to bite him in the rear. Shagun will make his life hell if he tries to cop out of the marriage.

Lambu flashed a business card and Shagun bought it hook line and sinker. Raman is right, she's letting Lambu make a fool of her? She paid no attention to the tone or expressions on the girl's face. Ishita was on to it when floosie admitted to being a wedding planner named Shirley. One minute she was Shirley the floosie, the next she was Shirley behan😆. Ashok just gave Behan a whole new meaning. He and Shagun have different definitions for the term "behanji". They are a pair destined for each other.

Ever since Sunny bro showed up in Delhi, Lambu has lost his ability to advocate for himself. Makes one wonder how he strung a few thoughts together on his own all these years let alone tie a tie properly🤔...esp. the past five years with Shagun.

Pervy Param would have come up with a good idea for Ashok but he's conveniently gone MIA with family in tow. 🤔

Is Shagun marrying Ashok for her summaan or a whole lot of saamaan?

Sunny bro thinks he's conned the Bhalla couple but the Lambu brothers have always been losers when they go against Raman. It appears CVs would like viewers to think Ashok will marry Mihika. But she's already on to his sleazy shenanighans. After overhearing Raman's tirade at Ishita for sticking her nose in other people's business, Mihika could concoct a plan to teach Lambu a lesson for attempting to ditch Shagun. Will Ishita go solo or will Raman team up to execute a plan to stump Lambu is yet to be seen?🤔

Chota Lambu took pride in pulling the wool over Raman and Ishita's eyes with a story he spun out of thin air. What he doesn't realize is that Raman outwits them when they least expect it. As Ruhi once said to Raman "zyada khush hone ki zaroorat nahi hai".😆 This time it applies to Lambu brothers.

Raman railed into Ishita for sticking her head into matters that were none of her business. He gave her an ultimatum...if she continues down this path he'll get her out of his life. Uff, all that suppressed passion needs an outlet before he blows a gasket!😉

Uss hisab se Bade Bade scientists discovery karate hi nahi 😆 Ya fir Duniya mein such bhi nahi hota 😛 we still be living in the stone age while we failed at producing fire. Yes this was too good of a scene. It takes a cooler person like ishita to show to Raman that problems can be solved with cool head too. 😊 It takes a smarter person like Raman to show ishita that we need not meddle in everyone's life to get them justice. Ishra balance out each other.

😆 Well agree he is her college friend, but none of my college friends r so closer that I text them 24 x 7 or each day make it a point to meet them for coffee, lunch or dinner. Its not that we have completely cut off from each others lives its just that all of us are busy in our respective lives.

I said the same thing somewhere -- Raman must be thanking his stars that it was not him who cheated on Shagun che saal pehle 😆 ...btw what kinda girl gives her card around with her name printed in red on black background. Can think of only one type & that about seems right ... coz Ass-Oak can't do better.

In fact I think he should be positively grateful that Shagun wants to marry him plus he gets a ready made son too. Judging by his Che saal ka record, somethings definitely amiss and Shagun has already proven herself on her child bearing abilities 😆

Puttar's ultimatum to Ishita was for one & only one purpose -- that Mihika overhears him.
His "you will be out of my life" is gonna come back to bite so many people in the ass including him & Ishita. Wanna bet on Mihika's recalling this dialogue of his when she goes meddling with Ass-Oak.
