I think the same , I also feel that Raman has heard it all and he is denying only to save Ishita from embarrassment as he knows that Ishita does not want him to know her feelings now this way , so he decided to wait for the moment when Ishita would say him all by herself , till then he wants to keep it to himself that he knows Ishita loves him ...

yes...May b he heard her...he made it crystal clear wen he started ruhi muthu story that he could nt clearly heard abt wat ruhi z sayin, bt he can make it out wat she was sayin...so it may b dat he cd nt listen very clearly, bt he understood that Sihu z sayin abt his and her relatnship😊
