Frankly speaking I liked todays epi for Rami bonding but hated the way cvs butchered Ishitas character. Hated that they stretch bits like Ishita cooking n chasing sanjana for episodes but when it comes to trust or understanding between the Leads it just takes 2 secs like faster than the time Maggi takes to be cooked.

Ishita took just 2 sec in completely trusting Raman after she initially accused him of breaking Sanjanas heart. 👏 😆

N Raman didnt bother having a talk with her regarding trusting Strangers or even about y he hid Shagun Mihir relationship. 😆

N as mr bhalla said all is well that ends well 😆

U r right Ishita is never gonna change, its we the viewers who need to change our outlook towards her. If Raman is changing for good after marriage we dont need to guess what Ishita is leaning towards 😳

N I really didnt get the part when u talked about Mahabharat, were u reminded of Krishna Arjun Bhagavad Gita Samvad when Krishna said to Arjuna not to forgive n forget Duryodhana n fight with him while Raman was advising Mihir 😳 😆

Writers need to show a heart to heart between Raman and ishita

They always end and show serious matters end in comedy

They need to show seriousness such things need

Like I said everything should not end in comedy

First of all, welcome back!!!! Missed the rajma idli daily rantings - it felt like something was missing on the forum - a place to rationalise and review the episode...

Here are my thoughts from another thread that Nisha had opened:

Highlights of today's episode:

1. Mihir/Raj Singh Arora: He is such an understated actor and am glad that he got a chance to shine today. His frustrations, disappointments, insecurities of losing the relationship that he has with Raman, loyalty - everything came to fore today and I actually was in tears watching the scene between him and Raman - it was beautiful to watch the relationship that they share.

2. Raman - Words are not enough to describe what an amazing actor KP is as it will all fall short. Every emotion was well captured, be it his pain in seeing Mihir's pain, the hesitation of whether the Iyer's will be able to accept Mihir after all that had been revealed, him moving on and his respect for Shagun and understanding her desperations.

3. I loved how Mr. Iyer understood that it would be harder for Mihir if everyone was there to watch the drama that had unfolded and slowly excused himself and the rest of the Iyer family to give Mihir the space he needed. Also, loved to see how the Bhalla's have always thought of Mihir as their own and will stand by him no matter what.

Other than that, I would have loved to see Ishita taking a moment to apologize for the drama that she has created, the extent she went to hurt Mihir (eventhough her intentions were good and that she had done in unknowingly). I also thought that it was necessary for her to apologize to Raman, not because she didn't trust him (it wasn't that he had told her a different story about Sanjana and she decided to go with Sanjana's truth) but for the simple fact that she brought up such personal issues without even confronting him about it.

And I completely agree with you Nisha, Raman is definitely more human, I haven't been able to relate to Ishita's actions because she is becoming too "ideal" and it becomes irritating after a point because that's not how people are 24/7. Some instances it is fine, but not ALL THE TIME.

Precap: Not keeping my expectations high where IshRa is concerned, it will probably turn out to be another one-liner taunt session. And as far as Ashok-Mihir goes, why do I get the feeling that Ashok might put down a condition that he will marry Shagun if Mihir doesn't marry Mihika😕

Agree with you. Nowadays raman and ishita behave a.c to mood swings of writer... no consistency in progress. Sometimes raman seems eager to move on and when she moves one step forward he backs off and vice versa...

Cvs needed fresh drama for fresh time slot so wound up this one. Again next drama without proper ishra conversation. Again new drama hiding things... saga continues.

Future looks rocky for ishita... but she is really strong to face anything... dont need our sympathy.

Precap just marketing for new slot.

Shagun is a real player and we will get her overdose in coming episodes.

Cvs like to make us play the guessing game... who is in love more... raman or ishita... it keeps changing with each episode.
