Why complains about DT's performance today?

Why people think DT's performance today was not upto the mark?? She did a perfect portrayal of her character Ishita IMO.

Here's why I think it was a perfect display of mixed emotions.

Deep down in her heart, Ishita loves RKB ..She knows it but doesnt want to acknowledge it because she thinks her love will never be reciprocated by RKB (who married her only for Ruhi). Agreed, he has mellowed down and is much more sober now but she still doesnt believe that he can "love" her.

She, however yearns for his love. Just a few minutes back, she heard Shagun narrate her romantic moment with RKB - that to a rather intimate one!..I'm sure her insides would have churned and charred to hear that story! ..Minutes later she is in the car driving in romantic climatic conditions. RKB calls her out to dance ..She yearns for his love but she thinks she can never get it ..Her face portrays a perfect mix of emotions ...Unsure if RKB is over Shagun ..if he will ever love again, if he will ever love her ...She on the other hand longs for him ..she wants to let go and lose control ..yet she is not sure if she should do that ...I think it was quite a mix of emotions raging through her ..

RKB on the other hand is pretty clear in his head ..He is well over Shagun but I guess not yet prepared to wholly enter into a new relation ..He's getting there ...but not yet there! ..Since he was in control of today's dance he was able to have clear emotions pinned on his face...Ishu on the other hand was being led in the dance and she didn't know what RKB was upto ..she even submitted herself for a kiss not knowing what to expect out of RKB since they really haven't talked about their "love" life..

I think DT emoted well as Ishita...Even in teh galliyan dance ...she was hurt because he had danced with Shagun earlier ..and even though that was to show the world ..she was still broken! ..She wants something that she doesn't know if she'll ever get!..It's a weird feeling ..when you love someone but don't voice it and wait for reciprocation and that exact feeling was written on her face!

i agree with u. i also felt dt was in her character in that rain sequence. her expressions were natural.

i also felt the same. rkb was severely hurt by shagun and that is why it is not easy for him to accept his feelings towards ishita.

Dear I love DT otherwise but i felt she was not too into it during rain dance. I felt she looked tired, my opinion again.

My problem was I was not able to understand her emotions while she was dancing, I thought it was neither confusion nor happiness nothing. I was not able to relate to it.

I dont think its bad editing its just that I as a viewer was not able to relate to her character. N we as viewers have complete right to criticize it, m not bashing her but I thought it was a really crucial scene n maybe she wud need to work a bit hard to get that intensity.

It didnt work for me but it worked for u its ok. Theres no point in discussing about it much.
But having said that she was good during Balm scene could understand her emotions well.

She was perfect I don't think any actress could have done that...

Very nicely said!! Well I loved DT in the dance and rest of the epi. Dance was sensuous with confused emotions which was well promoted by both DT and KP.

Well said.. She portrayed her emotion well mix of hurt confused during dance.. Deep down she knows she love rkb but she believe rkb s nt over shagun so d fear of being rejected make her hopeless frm d relationship.. during dance she was hurt bcz of shagun nd wen rkb ask for dance she s confused at end she was about 2 happy again rkb leaves her little disappointment so d whole expression of dance seq s natural according 2 me
