Mihir and Mihika are majors

Guys i have a doubt since monday that do we require any permission for 2 majors to get married bcoz as far as i know the law no baody can object for the marriage if both boy and girl are major and if they have proper documents, then why did they stopped Mi-Mi court marriage just by one objection letter who mihir has disowned publicly 6 yrs back...

It seems for registered court marriage there is a clause wherein family can object.

There is a mistake shown as always 😆. When a guy and girl signs the marriage ppr (which Mi-MI were supposed to do with all taam-jhaam) the registrar puts the notice on their notice board for 30 days. Anyone can object in the mean time by stating valid reasons. If the reasons r valid legally then they will nt issue the marriage certificate and the wedding stays cancelled. If no objection, they will issue the MC and the marriage will be legally valid then only. So many years of movie watching gave me this gyan. 😆

Though why Mihir did not brought up that he has publicly disowned his sister. As that would have clear things up.

Sirf register krne se marriage nhi hota and register krne se pehle I dunno hw this sister objected on what grounds.
