Most of u knw me from my story Tere Liye which I have been writting for long...

I m going to start wid another ff today..though I'll update both from time to time..as that one is very close to my heart..nd I hav no plans of ending it for now..

This one custody gonna be Ishra journey while fighting for Adi's custody.
Ruhi's custody binded them in bond of marriage and Adi's custody will bind them in the bond of love.

As per my plan, I hav thought of bringing Ishra closer while going through court procedures. Hope u like itt..and give it the same love as u are giving tere liye..

Part - 1




A normal morning in Bhalla household. Raman, Romi, Ruhi & Mr. Bhalla having breakfast. Mrs. Bhalla & Ishita in kitchen when bell rings.

"Looks like some official letter Raman..." Ishita wondered as she signed on Postman's recieving list. "Show me.." he demanded. He starts reading it and suddenly becomes really emotional.

"What is there beta? Anything serious? " asked Mr. Bhalla. " Papa..its a court notice." Raman told. "Notice..wht kind of notice?" asked Toshiji. "Sb thik to hai puttr?" . "Maa...as we had applied, court has approved for reopening Adi's custody case. Date is of day after tomorrow." Raman said with an emotional smile. A smile crept up on everyone's face.

"Its rlly a good news beta. Maybe we r able to get our son back." Mr. Bhalla said while Ishita smiled and placed a reassuring hand on Raman's shoulder. Mrs. Bhalla got tears of happiness in her eyes "Hey mata Rani..pls do some chamatkar dis tym. Pls bring my Adi to this home. That Shagun can never do his good upbringing. "

"Dont wrry mammi ji..aap dekhna..is bar to custody bhai or bhabhi ko hi milegi.." Romi told. "Bhagwan kre aisa hi ho..me mannat mangti hun. Jab Adi is ghar me vaps ayega to me Mata Rani ka jagrata karwaungi." she prayed. "Challiye Bhallaji..mandir chlke aate hain." They went to temple and Romi left for office wishing his bro all the best.

Raman entered his room in tensed state and started looking for his clothes in the cupboard when she entered.
"Raman..wt r u thinking?" she asked.

"Nthngg" he said wiping his tears.

"Are u upset for sumthng? U can share it wid me." she said softly which was enough to melt him.

He left the clothes and sat on the bed. She followed him taking her position beside him. There was silence for some moments when she spoke "M w8ng Raman.." . He looked at her. She was determined to share and lessen his pain. He looked here and there and then with gr8 difficulty started "Ishita..wo..wo Adi..." he is unable to continue.

"What is it Raman? U can tell me." she assured him.

While looking at ceiling he replied " I dont want to loose Adi again..."

Ishita looked at her husband. She has hardly seen him in such vulnerable state. She could feel how difficult it was for him as a father to be disowned by his own son.

He continued "Last tym..I tried my level best. But due to their games and lies, I lost my son to them. I knw..it'll not be easy this tym for them also. There is a big difference between Raman Bhalla then and now..but..."

"But what?" she asked.

"Adi has been living wid Shagun for past 6 years now. He doesnt even consider me as his father. If court tries to take his opinion, he'll never agree. " there were tears in his eyes which didnt go unnnoticed by her.

"I can buy all the lawyers of the world. Can go to any extent to get my son. Can gather proves against Shagun Ashok..can do anything. But I cant make him agree to live wid me. To live in this home. He'll run back to his boarding school but will not enter this house. I know him. He is my son. As stubborn as me." he completed.

Ishita just couldnt see him in sych state. She kept her hand in his. He was shocked at this sudden contact but then thought of letting it be. A corner of his heart wanted it. Had it been any other situation, he would have taunted her for trying to touch him. But today, he himself needed it. Needed her support.

"Raman...plss..stop being tensed. Adi also knows that you love him. Whatever filth they might fill in his mind, but he is your son. And no one can change it. He will understand you & your love one day for sure." she tried to ease him.

He just nooded and she continued "And about this case..Dont wrry Raman. We r together in it. We'll surely find some way to solve this mess. M dere wid u" she kept her other hand also on his. He was amused. This lady always has feelings for others.

"Ishita..u knw..if he'll cum to this house, he'll insult you. Nd will never accept u. He feels u as another woman in his father's life. Even then u r ready to..let him be here." he was surprised at her genuine sweetness and guving nature.

"He is a kid Raman. And kids do mistakes. Its responsibility of parents to show right path to their children. Jab khud ki parvarish me hi khot ho to bche ko kya blame krna Raman." she replied. He nodded in approval but was still really upset.

To divert his mind, she spoke "Vese...I dont mind agr Adi mujhe is ghr se bahr nikalne ki baat kre. Its not a shocking thing." she said smiling. He was preplexed. What does it mean not shocking.

"U knw..his father has always tried to get me out of this house, out of this room. So m used to all this. Ab jaisa baap vaisa beta. Rudeness, Arrogance, Sarupan..yeh sb to use heredity me mila hoga." she chuckled.

"Dont u dare call my son dat." he mocked her smiling.

"Not son..m calling father all this. Bcoz bche to fir bhi bache hote hain..sweet n cute. Not like u..Sadu kumar" she made face and left the room smiling.

He just smiled running his hand through his hairs. "Pagal Madrasan...Hmesha dusro ke bare me hi sochti hai. Kitni fikr hai sb ki ise. Mujhe pehle kyu nhi mil gyi yrr" he muttered to himself.

Ishita saw him smiling standing at the doorway and muttered "Nariyal Kumar..Dil me itna pyar hai sb ke liye. Pr upr se dekho. Kbhi dikhayenge nhi. Kash mujhe pehle mile hote. Me inhe kbhi esa bnne hi nhi deti." she reached kitchen and started preparing for lunch.
