SS:I can't live without you- thank you note on Pg 93

Raman lay on the couch, his eyes were wet. He looked towards the bed, Shagun was fast asleep. He had never felt soo helpless, soo suffocated in his life. Ishitaaa!!!!

That was the only thought in his mind. He couldnt live without her.He just coudnt. All their beautiful memories were squirming in his mind. He could feel her presence around him, the weight of her body on him, the touch of her skin, the softness of her lips on his own.He remembered the stickiness on his face, the soreness of his lips he felt everytime the next morning after a night long of passion with her, she would kiss him all over his body, she was so generous, she gave love to him so generously-both emotional and physical.

He couldnt forget the lovely smell of her beautiful long hair ,the feeling he had wen they touched his face, the way he wud put some flicks of her hair behind her ear as they kissed...

It was magical: Ishita's coming to his life was nothing short of magic. He never imagined that life could be so beautiful, that such a high level of happiness and satisfaction could actually be experienced.He was totally broken wen she entered in his life, but ever since she became a part of his life, everything had started mending magically.He remembered how their silly lil nok-jhok's had transformed into eternal love. Maybe he was always in love with her, ever since he realised his daughter was at peace with her coming to their life. His own life was at peace and in total control.

Now with Ishita gone, that control was suddenly gone. Why did this have to happen to him, did he not thank god enough? Shagun had lost her memory, doctors had adviced that she stay wid him until she recovered. He had no choice, he had to do all this, atleast for Adi's sake. Ishita being the mahan lady she was, had gracefully exited his life.

His head was aching. He couldnt take it anymore. He got up from his bed.He went to the balcony, maybe he could get a glimpse of Ishita.

And then he remembered, Amma and Appa were in the hospital, Vandu was in labour. Maybe Ishita was at home, he could see her car parked from the balcony. He headed straight to Iyer house and knocked.

Ishita came to the door, she was wearing her beautiful baby pink kurti, her hair were open. She looked divine.

Before she could realise it was him and cud stop him, he pushed himself in and locked the main door from inside. Raman looked at her eyes.

It was clear she had been crying too, her eyes were red. Raman could not control his feelings, his eyes too filled with tears.

He held both her arms.

"Raman you know you cant be here",Ishita said.

"I know Ishita. But I love you. I love you Ishita. I love you. I cant live without you. I just cant"

Once he realised she stopped resisting, he softened his kisses, he kissed her chin,cheeks, ears... Ishita started supporting him equally in the kissing, she unbuttoned his white night shirt a bit, caressed his chest, softly kissed his ears, his neck and chest.

They parted after a long long hug.

"Did you eat properly tonight?" Ishita asked Raman.

Raman had a lil smile on his face."Yes I did! Finally I hv been getting some proper Punjabi food! warna Madrasi khana kha kha ke to taste buds hi kharab ho gaye the".

"To ab Punjabi biwi aa gayee hai to madrasan ki kya importance" Ishita said sounding annoyed and started moving straight towards the kitchen. Raman held her hand from behind and stopped her.He pulled her slowly towards him and looked into her eyes.He ran his fingers through the hair falling on her face, and put them behind her ear.

"But Shagun doesnt care if I am hungry or not. Its only you who asked. And Shugun is not my wife. I dont even want to remember if she ever was. Its you who is my soulmate for this life, and will be for all my lives. I love you Ishita" Raman said and kissed her on her lips as he finished. Ishita held him, ran her fingers through his hair as they started kissed aggressively, forcing their tongues into each others mouths, as if making up for all the days they had been away from each other.

Raman picked her up and took her to her own bedroom. Ishita could not resist. She had been yearning for his love for soo long, each and every part of her body wanted to feel the touch of his lips on them.
