I didnt see the epi (not planning to either)... BUT i think, if they stay true to Ishita's character...then, the ONLY reason she would ever think of leaving Raman is if she believes that Ruhi has a better life without her. If something happens that makes her think that Ruhi would be happier with Shagun and Raman, then she would leave.

It is quite predictable that such a situation will come. In the book, Ashok and Shagun are married. But in the serial, they have conveniently not let that happen till now. I think when the review for Adi's custody comes up, Adi will propose to Raman that he is ready to come to him provided he takes Shagun back. Raman will definitely be tempted. And I also feel Ishita will hear the conversation from behind. Raman will be in dilema. Ishita, knowing how much Raman loves Adi, will decide to leave. may be that will lead to Raman's confession.
As for the shot, it is interesting to see the many interpretations. Everybody makes sense and have written beautifully.
Most of the time we think what is going to happen. We do not think "what after that".
Scenario 1: Ishita leaves. Raman leaves happily with Shagun and kids. How will the story progress? Ishita and Raman do not have any kids. There is no "backward pull" to come back to. The story ends. That will not happen. The entire essence of "Custody" will be gone.

Scenario 2: As I said, Raman will finally confess. He will chose Ruhi and Ishita over Adi. Adi will get super angry. Ashok will get his trump card back to use against Raman in future. And for that matter alone, he will marry Shagun. There will definitely be leap as in all Ekta K serials. I think Adi will take over Ashok's business and the Raman- Adi tussle will continue in a much greater arena. Adi will leave no stone unturned to hurt Raman's business. (Sort of Trishul movie Amitabh B takes revenge on Sanjeev Kumar). This scenario can stretch the serial for long.

Generally in serials, hero meets heroine, fall in love, cross the hurdles, get married, have kids, then get separated while still being connected for kids, then struggle and then reunite.

In YHM, Raman and IShita do not have that "kid bond". Ishita may love Ruhi very much. But at the end of the day, she is Shagun's daughter. Ruhi may remain attached to her Ishima but may continue to stay with her biological family. She can visit Ishita. That's all. YHM has not followed the cliche route.
Let's see what happens.

I found only one symbol. That is : Shagun will always remain in their life as a shadow, as shadow of herself, who can never overshadow IshRa. Cos, she herself is not real, just a reflection.

I too felt that it may have meant something.

There was a scene in song sequence where ishita is sitting on dressing table while Shagun is shown on the mirror

She put Shagun on the bed

That indicates she will give her place and life ie Raman and Ruhi to Shagun for larger good is so that adi can stay with his family Raman Shagun and Ruhi

NO i think they will never show this because as per novel's name shagun back in bhallas 's house is not possible but i think ishita will change her and ashok and shagun will settle down in their life. and adi will be loved by ishra and ashok and shagun .in future ishita will become mother and raman will get a son .i donot know about others but i think i will not accept this think shagun back in raman's life will give wrong message to society noone will marry any divorcee then sorry
