LOL they're all so true! The plastic surgery one is the most annoying, but the only plastic surgery that is believable is Nitya and Durga in Ek Hasina Thi. They're so alike that it was shocking at first.
CVs better not use this stuff in YHM. Then it'd be like every other drama!
