His association with balaji is long.. may be currently with star.. he started his career with them i think and has worked for many years.. He was creative director for Sony in 2012.. now with Star i guess.. Ye he's the one who approves what is to be shown n not and that's y he sits at the editing table too... But he is a very close friend of ekta too... This guy can't take criticism.. big attitude.. khair, nothing's gonna change.. i just hope ekta interferes and does something
