Days went passed ... challenges rocked them ... seasons crept away ... & these two finally realized they were in a marriage ...
One day in their bedroom .. as he accused her of STEALING some photograph .. she shouted back at him .. U DON'T HAVE ANY FEELINGS FOR ME .. u DON'T EVEN RESPECT ME .. U DON'T CARE FOR ME .. but My name is ISHITA RAMAN KUMAR BHALLA ... & THIS name means something to me & I will respect the sanctity of this relation ...
All this she screamed on the back drop of her saying that he STILL LOVED HIS EX WIFE ... Pause here a bit guys ...
If possible pls watch this scene once again .. this is the turning point in the love story for Raman & Ishita .. this is the first time a REAL GLIMPSE into Raman's feelings for Ishita are shown ... he looks away from her when she says he loves Shagun .. he wants to vehemently deny it .. he is angry that she has got it so wrong ... then she says .. u can love Shagun .. I DON'T CARE .. MUJHE FARAK NAHI PADTA ... & raman whispers to himself ... "I KNOW" .. this is the single glimpse till date on how deep are RAMAN's feelings for his wife .. & how WRONG his wife has got him ... Is it any wonder he keeps chanting .. "BEWAKOOF AURAT" & "DIMAAG TOH TUMHARE PAAS NAHI HAI" to her ... She has so not understood Raman ...
Then one day it was a puja for married woman .. a fast meant to be kept for their husbands good health & fortune ... The mask of Sirf Ruhi ke Liye .. could not sustain anymore .. she had to come out of hiding & say ... this is for u ... She tells her daughter ... "YES I DID THIS FOR UR DAD" ... admitting it .. but ofcourse still not to his face ... That day he gifted her a sari in the morning & again in the evening he gifted her another sari ... Ofcourse unbeknownst to her he had also gifted her ..her career back ... & all he expected in return was a smile ... but as usual their wires crossed & they ended screaming at the other ... That day he told her smile u got 2 gifts from me ... she said u always highlight each gift as a favor ... He told her I NEED TO HIGHLIGHT .. COZ U DON'T UNDERSTAND simple gestures ... in short he told her...U NEED IT WRITTEN IN BLACK & WHITE ...

The name outside the Bhalla house ... it was now in BLACK & WHITE ... & it screamed ... I CARE ... I RESPECT ... I HAVE FEELINGS ... PHEW !!!! finally she understood ...
He smilingly joked with Mihika ... "Jalti hai toh muh chalti hai" ... What a masterstroke ... she is only able to communicate her "REAL FEELINGS' for Raman when she was JEALOUS ... pause here first ...
That day in that room when she cried ... & told him ISHITA RAMAN BHALLA the name this marriage means the world to me ... when she cried saying he dint care, respect or have feelings for her .. crying to get a glimpse of the same from him ... that day she did it out of JEALOUSY ... a jealousy which was PLAINLY VISIBLE TO her Husband ...
The Nameplate was on the backdrop of another skirmish with Shagun .. her emotions were running high .. once again not only had Shagun threatened the peace of her beloved daughter ... she had dared to HARM her HusBANDS CAREER & pinch his feelings ... .the jealous Mother & wife woke up to tackle the woman in a way that she would never be able to face her daughter again.
Was it any wonder that the man in her life ... acknowledged the same .. he told her very clearly it was not a gift for her ... yes ofcourse it was not a gift ... IT WAS A MESSAGE for her ... There is no SIRF ANYMORE ... U CANT HIDE ANYMORE ... WE CANT HIDE ANYMORE ... THIS IS A MARRIAGE ... & we are in it FOREVER ...
BUT BUT BUT ... this is Raman Kumar Bhalla .. the man who rose to dizzying heights in a short span of 6 years ... all with the help of a deep intelligence ... & a killer manner to down his opponent ...
Just a couple of days back .. his worst nightmare was realized .. his RAPIST brother in law came back to live with them ... the angst was two fold here ... One was knowingly he was permitting his beloved sister to "Sleep with the enemy" & the other angst was ... the victim still resided in his house & she was his beloved wife ... He knows that Param has not changed his spots & at some level he knows that to obliterate the enemy he had to bring the enemy close ... BUT he also needed to lay a foundation to KEEP HIS WIFE SAFE ...
Pause here a bit ... After Param was thrown out of this home the first time ... Raman came to Ishita's house & he told her ... "I HAVE ONE REGRET .. IT WAS MY DUTY TO PROTECT U & I FAILED IN THAT & I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO FORGIVE MYSELF FOR THAT"
That day as he hammered his wife's name on the nameplate outside .. he PROCLAIMED TO THE WORLD ... ISHITA Was Raman Kumar Bhalla's wife ... they were ONE .. hence there was only one nameplate ... not 2 .. (his name automatically came in Ishita's name) .. he also proclaimed his PROTECTION for his wife ... NOW there would be NO QUESTION on whether these 2 were in any RELATION or not .. which when the first time Param was outted he had brought out ... That ISHITA & RAMAN were not in a relation ship .. making her VULNERABLE TO SLIGHTS from any MAN .. hence with just a small NAMEPLATE .. he proclaimed to the coward living in his home ... THE DYNAMICS OF THIS RELATION HAVE CHANGED ...
Now for a moment think ... if as Raman said .. JALTI HAI TOH MUH CHALTI HAI ... does it not apply to Raman as well .. with a small iteration ... "JALTA HAI TOH HAATH CHALTA HAI " ... that day as well ... his hands moved .. but this time he hammered it home ... ISHITA IS MY WIFE ... & SHE HAS FULL OWNERSHIP TO MY NAME & TO ME ...
Now for the third significance of the Nameplate scene ...
What is a rapist ... a man who wants to exert his superiority over a woman ... he is a coward & an insecure person, a rapist is often a lazy person ... Now our Paramji is a classical characterization of a rapist .. he is always trying to exert his superiority ..aka Sarika & Ishita .. note how he tries to intimidate them 2 by coming closer to them.. physical proximity to a person who has intention of harm will intimidate anyone ...
By Just putting Ishita's name on the nameplate .. Raman once again changed the dynamics in the Ishita Param equation as well ... he clearly stepped out & said ... bugger u r living in a house which BELONGS TO ISHITA .. u are here because of her ... He changed it from the aggressor becoming the aggressed & the aggressed becoming the aggressor .. what a brilliant master stroke aint it??
Now stop for a moment & think ... a seemingly simple scene .. looked romantic .. (ofcourse this is also a step in the romance track) ... But look at the deep meaning it packed ... Now for all of u who thot this track aint progressing in the way they want it to ... it cant progress fast like the other tracks ..
One this track is the YEH HAI MOHABBATEIN TRACK ...
This is not SIMMI's & Param's track ...
This the romance track between 2 matured individuals .. it cant progress in a super fast speed .. the dynamics which were established pre marriage needs to be eroded one layer after another ...
Each & every character in this tale are contributing in their own way to bring the couple closer ... ( think on this .. every character there is a cupid to the tale of Ishita & Raman) ... So please have patience .. the pace of this track cannot be faster than this ...
Now for some FOOD FOR THOT ... I can answer this one here .. but would love it if u guys tried answering on this ... WHY IS RAMAN putting ISHITA UPFRONT & IN THE THICK of all the BATTLES to do with PARAM & SIMMI ??? even after ISHITA has clearly told him she does not want to be ACTIVELY IN THE LIMELIGHT ON THIS ONE ... if u get this ,... U will absolutely love this track .. love Raman ... love Param ... & love the writers a lil bit more ...
Was going to write on the Ishita & Param scenes here ... but will give it a rest .. simply coz would love it if u guys think about the question I have put up & try to answer on them ...
OOOPs ... I Did it again ... before i close this post with some deep provoking food for thot ... time for some romance ... well how could I let this incredible gem go ... THEEKA MIRCH ...
SO after a emotionally wracking episode ... where there is drama & tension & a palpable sense of the emotions which will flow soon ... suddenly drops in a gem ... "THEEKA MIRCH"
Ishita called Raman Theeka Mirch ... Hai hai Mirche ... Believe u me MY eye brows rose as high as Raman's at that moment ... what a slip .. what a moment ... what fantastic gem of a dialogue ...
So that morning ...Raman (at least he was inflagrant delicato) & Ishita were in a tight clinch in the bathroom ... wet fun got a new meaning for them ... yes they were openly showing their care for the other .. but but but ... today they showed their desire for the other as well ...
Puttar held on to her for the longest time ... totally lost in the "badi badi aankhen" & baby doll was busy caressing her hubby's pecs ...ofcourse they did not acknowledge to each other what that moment meant ... & ofcourse reality in the name of the newspaper came crashing to rain on their parade
BUT then ... JALTI HAI TOH MUH CHALTI HAI .. spoke ... She said .. THEEKA MIRCH ... Lets translate the madrsan's hindi ... Theeka = HOT .. MIRCH = SPICE ... so did she just call her husband ... HOT & SPICY ... all with just a glimpse & caress of the hot pecs ... whoa whoa ... for these two .. WHEN IT RAINS ... IT SURE POURS ...
wonder what she will call him once she sees him in full monty ... phew !!! alas censors will then rain on our parade ...
Now as i end this post ... heres some thot provoking analysis ...
( I have not written about the bed break moment coz its not played out fully will probably do that tonite or on saturday) ...
In yesterdays episode ... we saw how unknowingly Ishita has trumped Param once again ... she inadvertently figures out about the money mishap .. & far from it being "mehnat ki kamai" it was "Bheek ki kamai" that to from the one person people in Bhalla household love to hate ... SHAGUN ARORA ...
She walks down & once again in her euphoria challenges the demon ..or beast ... heres a coward a person who loves to prove his masculinity with false sense of strength ..heres a person who takes advantage of a woman when she is down .. heres a person who loves to OVERPOWER a woman .. to show his strength ...
Ishita does not rest in her glory ...but actually goes to GLOAT to him .. not once but a couple of times since he has come back to their home ...
Now pause here .. heres the woman Param is obsessed with ... he has the major hots for ... she is not only slighting him away .. rejecting him ... but she is now trumping him openly .. she is rubbing her new found relation with her hubby in his face .. & whats more she is laughing at him ...
Ishita is sure inviting trouble for herself here ... this track far from being over is just starting to get interesting ... now what with Shgaun added to the spicy mix as well ... as off now the duo of Ishita & Raman have come up tops .. but in a game both sides play ... so lets wait for Param's move now ...
Both the woman ... Ishita & Shagun have a personal nemesis that has come in to rain their parade .. Suraj & Param ... both will have to play ball to get them out ... but for Ishita .. she will HAVE THE SUPPORT OF HER HUSBAND ... won't it be interesting to see who helps Shagun to nail her nemesis ... or what do u think ... will Shagun have an ACE UP HER SLEEVE when the time comes ...
All this is food for thot ... just a word of caution here ... this track will have many ups & downs .. its after all aimed at taking down one of the BIG 3 villains ... in such a case .. they will win some & loose some .. but as a viewer please take heart ... This is after all the YEH HAI MOHABBATEIN ... track ...the ROMANCE TRACK ...
