Note: just a random os which involves Ruhi's fears regardingher parents togetherness. Not related with the current storyline but preserving the current emotions and feelings where ishra have not yet confessed to the other about their love yet within their hearts, they know that they love each other.
"Ishima!" Screamed little Ruhi as she wokeup in the middle of the night hyperventilating. Raman who was sleeping next to her in their bed woke up to her scream and switched on the lights.
He held her little hand in his and asked her worriedly "Ru! Beta kya hua? Aap theek ho?"
Ruhi opened her eyes and looked at her papa while his gentle touch comforted her a bit. Her innocent eyes searched around for her ishima but she couldn't find her near her.
Raman gave her a glass of water while he caressed her hair gently. He looked into her eyes to see it filled with tears.
"Beta batao papa ko ki kya hua? Aapne kuch bura sapna dekha?"
Ruhi nodded into an yes and asked while sobbing "Ishima kahan hai papa? Mujhe ishima ke paas jaana hai!"
Raman didn't know how to comfort her. He wasn't as good with the kids as Ishita.
But at that moment all he wanted was to snatch away his little princess's tears and make her smile.
He kissed Ruhi on forhead and tucked her loose hair behind her ears as he spoke "beta, aapki ishima ko urgent call aaya tha na clinic se. Toh wo patient ko attend karne gayi hai. Aap abhi so jao. Kal subah jab aap uthoge to ishima aapke paas hogi. Ok?"
Ruhi was still sad. Raman offered to read her a bedtime story but she denied. He tried to sing a lullaby for her but she was still sitting quietly. She didn't even laugh at his poor singing skills.
Raman couldn't bear it anymore to see his daughter so upset. He asked her "meri Ruhi ko kya hua? Papa se bhi nahi share karegi?"
Ruhi lifts her eyes up and sees Raman with tear filled look. He wipes her tears as she asks him "papa, ishima bhi hume chodke jayengi kya shagun mamma ki tarah?"
Raman was shocked with her sudden question. He held her hand gently stroking it and replied "aapko aisa kyun lagta hai beta? Kisine kuch kaha aapse?"
Ruhi lowers her eyes with a sad look as she tells him about her bad dream where raman and ishita have a fight and Shagun takes away ruhi.
Raman is teary eyed looking at a sobbing Ruhi. He takes her in his lap and hugs her.
"Beta, wo sirf aapka bura sapna tha. Aapki ishima to aapse sabse zyaada pyaar karti hai. Fir wo kaise aapko chodke jayegi!"
"Par papa, aap aur ishima humesha fight karte ho. Aur uss din Adi bhaiya ne mujhe school me bataya ki wo aapko bolenge ki shagun mamma ke saath rehneko to aap ishima ko chod denge bhaiya ke liye."
Raman was shocked to know that Adi has spoken like this to his little sister. Ruhi snapped him out of his thoughts saying "papa! Adi bhaiya ne ye bhi bola ki wo, shagun mamma, aap aur main saath rahenge like a family. Par papa, family to ye hai na...aap main aur ishima?"
His throat felt dry as he was struggling to speak.
He couldn't believe Adi would think so cruelly and torment little Ruhi. But somewhere he knew that all this must be Shagun's plan and she's just using his son to get even with him.
He assured Ruhi saying "Beta, papa aapse keh rahe hai na... aapki ishima ko aapse koi bhi door nahi karega. Main khud bhi nahi. Shagun ke saath hum kabhi nahi rahenge. Aur haan, aap, main aur Ishima humesha saath rahenge. Jitna pyaar aap ishima se karte ho utna hi aapke papa bhi karte hai."
Ruhi smiled at that and excitedly asked "sachi papa? Ruhi promise? "
Raman smiled seeing his daughter happy. He pinched her tiny nose gently and said "Ruhi promise baccha!"
Ruhi stood on bed jumping with happiness just as Ishita entered the room seeing ruhi and raman laughing and giggling at something.
Ishita was enjoying the father daughter moment when they both realised her presence. Ruhi jumped into her arms and said "ishima aap kahan thi. I missed you."
Ishita smiled as she lifted ruhi in her arms and kissed her on cheeks replying "sorry baby. Maine bhi Ru ko itna saara missy kiya. Emergency call tha toh jana pada clinic. Par aap soye nahi ab tak?"
Ruhi said "maine ek buri dream dekhi toh utth gayi. Fir papa ne mujhe sulane ki koshish ki par ninni nahi aa rahi thi aapke bina."
Ishita smiled at her and said "aww mera bachcha. Chalo aap jaldi se let jao. Ishima abhi kapde badalke aapko story sunayegi. Ok? "
Ruhi screamed happily "ok ishima.".
Raman was happy to see Ruhi and Ishita happy together. Ishita turned towards Raman and said "aap so jayiye. Main ruhi ko sula dungi. Sorry meri wajah se aapko takleef hui."
Just as Raman was about to say something, Ruhi interrupted them saying "areh nahi ishima. Papa ko bhi aapke bina ninni nahi aa rahi thi. Wo keh rahe the ki wo aapse pyaar..."
Raman shut Ruhi's mouth before she could complete the sentence which amused Ishita.
She gave a confused look to which raman replied "kuch bhi bolti hai Ruhi...bilkul apne ishima pe gayi hai... badbad katti rehti hai. Ishita, iske kehne ka matlab tha main tumse pyaar se baat karta hu na to ruhi ko acha lagta hai."
Ruhi tries to say "par papa aap toh..." he again shuts her mouth and says "ru, chalo so jao... ishima aapko story suna degi. Kal subah jaldi uthna hai na."
Ruhi lies down and Ishita changed into her night clothes and puts Ruhi to sleep.
After sometime, as she checks on Ruhi and Raman both sound asleep, she kisses on Ruhi's forehead and then looks at sleeping raman while blushing to herself.
She smiles remembering the last words said by Raman to ruhi. Yes, she had arrived home and was about to enter their room when she heard raman saying "jitna pyaar aap ishima se karte ho utna hi aapke papa bhi karte hai.". A deep blush appeared on her face.
She bent over Ruhi and placed a light kiss on his forhead telling him in her thoughts- "I too love you Ravan kumar. I wish I could tell you the same one day and hear the same from you.uss din ka wait karungi main Raman!"
She tucked the father daughter with blanket and then dozed off to sleep.
Raman opened his eyes slowly and stared at his beautiful angelic wife sleeping peacefully. He touched his forhead where she planted her gentle kiss which made him blush a little.
He wanted to hug her tight and kiss her passionately but then the time and the situation wasn't the right to do so hence he chose not to react or open his eyes when he felt her lips on his forhead.
"Jhansi ki Rani...I love you. Kaash main ye tumhe bata pata.kaash tumhe haq se apna bana pata...kaash!!!"
He smiled shyly and closed his eyes to lose himself to sleep.
