Medical reports are mostly reliable.
Each patient is different from the other. there are many types of infertility and many causes too. So if Ishita is infertile it is a diagnosis made by a doctor based on tests done on ishita which has proved that she is not a treatable case of infertility. You cannot compare another infertile lady with ishita because that lady may be having a different or perhaps treatable cause of infertility. Sometimes the male partner also have to do some tests in order to rule out other causes of infertility.

The reason for her to approach a doctor may be due to usual symptoms like weight problems or associated with abnormal menstural cycles or lack of secondary sexual development. there is an entity called primary infertility where there are genetic abnormalities leading to hormone imbalance which can affect the development of ovaries or uterus. Very Good Topic to discuss. One of my cousin had the same problem like Ishita. She took treatment for 6 months. Dr told her to wait for 1year. She was blessed with a healthy girl baby after 1 year. Ishu can go for second opinion. Health issues varies person to person. Now days medical science is doing wonders. She can try naturally first If she is not conceived She can go for treatments like IUI, IVF. Miracles do happen. But i dont want Ishu to concieve coz they are showing a barren woman can be a good mother than the real mother. they are giving a social message to the society.I heard my Papa's Boss didnt have child so they kept wifes sisters son with them after 3 or 4yrs with out any treatment naturally they got their own baby boy. They are having two Boys. So Miracles can happen.But this is Ektas show anything can happen in her shows. If they had stuck to the book Ishita would have been a divorcee who would have known she can't conceive AFTER attempts leading to a divorce,but I guess EK thought the show would do better if she made Ishita a single woman with a broken engagement so she can live up to the pristine standards and be a true blue virgin for her hubby so I wont be taken aback if and when this twist happens.

Also this being a Balaji show I am kinda counting on it already 😆 not to mention the fact that I think it would be shown this was all some grand evil scheme Subu' mom came up with to separate the duo perhaps fearing that the Iyers who have no sons with their daughters help are snatching away hers and she would lose all power in her household, not to mention the fact that Iyers are a very typical middle class family and the woman is greedy as hell, she might have wanted a lot of dowry from them and with the marriage of Bala- Vandu learned they have next to nothing on them and hence chose to make profit on her second son while she still could since her first one clearly made her suffer a loss. Such women have that mentality that we have raised our sons to be this successful doc or engineer now we must earn from his in-laws the returns of our investment since their daughter would reap the benefits of our son' education 😡 🤬
