for me, it was injection scene. in ointment scene after curtain falling he realized her as a caring woman as life partner, in speech, he realized she feels he is good partner she would like to spend life with but in injection scene he realized she can't see him in pain.

For me the talk of her with the lawyer at the court which Raman overhears when she says not question his connection with Shagun. when she took care of his hand when he burned his hand while making tea.

When Ruhi served him food at late night during accident track n gave him "lecture" at how u shud not waste food. 😆 Ruhi is so much like Ishima n that worries Ravan Kumar 😆
