Part 11: The spark of love

Both Mrs Iyer and Bhalla see their children happy and also notice they sudden discomfort when Romi asks Raman to put his hand on Ishitha's shoulder for a pic. They realize that they are still not sharing a relationship of husband and wife and decide to do something about that.

Mrs Bhalla was in her deep thoughts when everyone was rejoicing; these people have still not progressed in their relationship. Matha rani. Please bless these two to move on. MRs Iyer also felt the same thing.

Its 1.5 months since Ishitha and Raman were married. Mrs Bhalla wanted the chuda removal rasam to happen. Rinky being a fashion designer, Mrs Bhalla asked her to design a typical Punjabi outfit for Ishitha. She also bought specific accessories for her. She knows how Raman will like to see his wife. She gets everything according to that.

Raman is smitten seeing Ishitha in that outfit. She was wearing a short sleeveless top, patiyala salwar in red colour. The satin material was revealing all her beautiful curves and the red colour was exposing her milky white skin and adding additional beauty to her. She was wearing traditional Punjabi parade. She was looking like a typical Punjaban, the way he wants his wife to be. He sees her from top to bottom and thinks "Wow this JSKR is looking so good, has right amount of flesh wherever needed. Oh man what a lovely lips does she have. How I wish I can taste them. She looks so damn hot and sexy in a Punjabi salwar. I will faint if she wears something really sexy. This JSKR really needs to take time out to get ready. She is always busy doing household work that she doesn't get time to dress up." Ishitha on the other hand is busy doing household work her MIL has been telling her. Raman shakes his head and leaves thinking about her.

Mrs iyer was no less. She was creating every opportunity to give privacy to Raman and Ishitha. She had sent them to one of relatives wedding in Madurai stating reasons of her ill health. She retained the kids saying they have exams and also booked them a resort in kodi for a night stay. Ishitha was very impressed with the way Raman was behaving with her relatives. She couldn't stop herself comparing him with Subbu who never even used to interact with her relatives while always expected her to interact with relatives well. Raman and Ishitha didn't realize about the Kodi trip until they were looked at the return ticket. Then they see Kodi hotel booking details and a smile by Mihir and mihika,

R: Yeh Mihir aur Mihika be na. Pagal hai

I: Kodi acha jagah hai, apne dekha hai kya.

R: No I have not visited. Let's go as we have no option.

Ishitha feels Raman is feeling bad to spend time with her. Of late she has been falling for Raman's goodness. She always wondered how Shagun could leave a man like Raman. A true embodiment of love is what she thought about himself. But she mentally explained herself, "Raman is used to beautiful women. He is handsome himself. Please don't devlop such feeling Ishitha. Are the heart breaks that you have had in life not sufficient? Why do you want to have one more. Love is not in your fate Ishitha"

They come back to Delhi. Simi was having some health issues and Ishitha was very supportive to her during the surgery and was taking care of her so well and her baby too. Romi's results were to come that evening.

In the evening Romi comes home all jumping, the paper that he was not even expecting pass, he had topped the university. He had really got very exciting results and first thing he did after coming home was to hug his Bhabhi.

Ro: Bhabi aap great ho, thanks you very much

I: Kya hua Romi, results acche aye hai na( What happed Romi, have you got good results)

R: Bhabi, I have topped OR in the whole university. Thanks you so much for teaching OR. The only subject I was weak. Thanks you so much. You made me the university topper.

Ishitha was overwhelmed by Romi's happiness. She tells him that it's because of his hard work and not anything. Romi hugs her in happiness. Simmi also comes and hugs her & thanks her for all the support mentally, physically and financially she gave during her ill health.

S: Ishitha you are a blessing to this family. Raman bhai is so fortunate to have you as his wife.

Mr Bh: Achi bhau ke yeh lakshan hai.(These are qualities of good DIL)

Mrs Bha: Choice kiske hai Bhala ji.

Raman is listening to all this and Ishitha is happily chatting with his family members. He is not able to hold himself from comparing her to Shagun. She was not even ready to take care of Raman and his kids while Ishitha is holding the whole family together. He was very happy about Ishitha. He went and congratulated Romi and left to have an evening walk. Ishitha informs that she managed to complete the home loan and every one congratulates her and appreciates her for her knowledge and ability of financial management. Toshiji asks her to team that to her remaining kids as only Raman is aware of all these things at home. They all have dinner and retire to their respective room. Since the time Simmi has come home during to her surgery she had been using Raman and Ishitha's room. Raman was sleeping with Adhi in his room and Ishitha with Ruhi.

Late in the night when both kids were asleep, both Ishitha and Raman were unable to sleep. When Raman comes out to get some fresh air, he sees ishitha in the Balcony. She was wearing a red Kurthe. She was looking divine in the moon light. He thinks to himself what a stupid was subbu to leave such a women who is beautiful inside out. He is drooling over her beauty and is brought out of his trance by the ring of the clock and tells to himself, " Beta Raman, ache hai liken JSKR hai, agar use patha chala kit u uske bare mai aiyse soch raktha hai toh tujje talwar see nehi hatho se hi mardegi. Shadhi ke liye puchne par jo tapad diya yaad hai na"(Raman she is good, but is a JSKR. If she gets to know that you have such feelings for her, she will not take a sword to kill you. She will kill you by mere beatings. Don't you remember the slap she gave you when you went with the marriage proposal?)

He slowly moves to her and what he evidences really takes him back. She was crying. Tears roll through her eyes, he was broken. He slowly moves ahead and holds her shoulder

She turns around with a jerk. He comforts her and asks her what happened. She doesn't tell him anything. She is about to leave and he puts is hand stopping her and in the process touches her waist. She is shocked by the sudden intimacy. She was not used to a man's touch for 5 years now. So was Raman, he was away from women for 6 years now. She doesn't look up to him and tells him

I: Raman let me go

R: No, you are not going anywhere until I know whatz troubling you.

I: Its my problem, leave me

R: You are my wife; I have every right to know your problems. Your problem is mine too. Saying so he holds her wrist tightly stopping her from leaving.

Ishitha is surprised by his words and actions. Ishitha had always this problem. Though she put up brave face in front of everyone, she always used to feel bad about not having love in her life. She always felt whatever she wanted in life she never got. Today she was feeling bad when all of them appreciated her and Raman didn't even turn around to look at her. She was falling for Raman, not for his looks but for his good & loving nature. She mentally convinced herself that Raman can never love her. However was feeling bad thinking why is she falling for Raman when she very well knows that their wedding was only for the kids. She could not tell this to Raman. However she was also feeling bad about something else which she thought she will tell Raman and escape the situation. But decided to plead one last time to Raman.

I: Raman, please let me go, there is nothing great. I was just thinking of my journey. My childhood, my desires, my wedding and what happened finally. Couldn't stop crying thinking that.

Raman felt he was attracted to her feminine curves, but never acknowledged that he fell in love with her. But he was very irritated when he heard she was thinking about her ex-husband. The jealousy took over the concern that he had. He was much angered.

R: Why do you want to live in your past Ishitha. Do you really remember Subbu even now?

I: No Raman, But was wondering why life treated me so

R: I always thought you a bold JSKR. I never know you are a bigi billi in the matter of heart. Life is always to move on. Why don't you just move on?

I: She wanted to know if he still loves his ex-wife and cleverly put her question. Don't you still feel for Shagun.

He was already irritated with Subbu's mention and over and above it she was referring to Shagun really put him off and was not ready to respond to her

R: I have moved on long back Ishitha. I don't love anyone but for my kids now. Leave this topic, iam not very much interested. By the way how did you manage to teach Romi. He is a very slow learner. I used to get irritated with teaching him

I: No he was good only. You keep scolding him of nothing at all. By the way I love teaching

R: Then you must have been lecturer, now I know why you lecture always.

Ishitha makes a pouting face and tells him that after her engineering she wanted to do masters and getting into teaching line and appa was not ready to wait for 2 more years for her marriage and was reluctant about the idea of teaching. So she could pursue.

Raman smiles and says its late and they leave to their room.

After 2 days Raman gets application for Ishitha's master's admission and tells her to peruse her studies. Ishitha is really touched and thanks Raman. She registers and her application gets approved. To celebrate that the whole family goes for an outing. Mihir and Mihika have arranged for many games. Ishitha was wearing a jeans and top. It was the first time Raman saw her in that outfit. She was looking 5 years younger and playing happily with all. Then Mihir announced about a new game. All were supposed to stand outside a square drawn on the mud and music would be played. When the music stops people would have to get into the square, people who are outside the square would be eliminated. The size of the square would be reduced after each and every round. It was becoming very interesting and all were losing after each round. Its towards the end when simmi, Raman and Ishitha are left. Simmi loses and Ishra are left. The square is too small for 2 people. Only one can stand and the music starts. When the music stops, Raman was quick in getting into the square. Ishitha is puzzles as there is no space and is ready to accept the defeat. To her and everyone's surprise, Raman pulls her into the square making her stand over his legs. There is atmost intimacy and everyone is looking on. He holds her by her waist and they share an intense eye lock. Ishitha holds his shoulders for the balance, not falling. This is the first time they both are in such an intimate position. After all both have not been in close associated of a man and women for years now. But still knew the pleasure of intimacy. There were burning desires in both of them. Ishitha and Raman are lost in each other's eyes. All the family members feel happy seeing them so. They start clapping and appreciate Raman's brilliance not letting his wife lose. This brings both of them out of the trance. Raman couldn't stop himself and faked leaning in the front and brushed his lips over Ishitha's cheeks. She turned red as a tomato. She felt shy due to everyone's presence. He slowly moved to her earlobes and said "How could I let you lose JSKR. I will ensure you win every battle" Saying so he gave a naughty smirk & left her. All were back to the regular routine. But Ishitha and Raman were fighting the internal battle of stream of emotions related to passion and desire for each other. That night was sleepless for both Raman and Ishitha both trying to suppress their feelings, unable to control their desires for each other.

Part 12: Jealousy burns: Raman sees Ishitha in the saree and blouse designed by Rinky. She has had a complete makeover and looking ravishing. The men around luring her beauty and raman feels jealous.

Shagun arrives speaks to Raman , ishitha feels insecure.
