Let me start with the background scores on this show, lovely melodies that go straight to my heart. This piece of music played when Ruhi feeds Raman tugs at my heart every time I hear it...who wala when Ruhi calls her Ishita mama for the first time after seeing the ring she made for Raman on Ishu's finger.

Adi's negligent mother means the world to him, but that he doesn't see that Ishu's mother means the world to her too is very disturbing. It's basic logic and children his age understand more than that. When his parents are willing participants in covering up his mistakes where does the need to reflect on his actions arise or provide the incentive to do the right thing and face the consequences? We know Shagun can't part from her trump card Adi since Raman married Ishita, until then he was tucked away at a boarding school by choice.

Whatever Raman does in the court room, one thing is for sure...if Ruhi finds out Raman was hiding the truth she will call him out on it. She is sure to ask Ishu a lot of questions after Adi's harsh accusations at

Raman keeps saying."Adi ke liye mei kuch bhi karoonga, sab ke saath ladoonga apne bete ke liye". You want to do something for him puthar! First order of business, take Adi to a licensed professional for a thorough evaluation ...his behaviors are setting off five alarm bells in our heads...to this day there is not an iota of remorse for his hit and run crime. The fact that his mother is ready to take the blame scares him but that his father is doing everything to save his sorry behind, even breaking the law by having evidence destroyed doesn't seem to matter to him. He does the crime and DEMANDS that Raman fix it. Adi like Shagun feels entitled to get what they demand of others, giving very little in return. Just like his mother he is spewing venom at Ishita, after all she showed him who is boss and he is not used to that.

Neither parent is dealing with the fact that Adi is an emotional basket case, his behaviors are extreme, swinging like a pendulum. One minute he is snarling, next minute he is crying😕. They are acting like he just broke just pushed his neighbor's son off his bike.😲 This case could have turned into a vehicular homicide had Raman not found Mrs. Iyer that night.

Raman failed Adi as a parent, big time. Once he heard Adi confess to the crime he didn't stand up to Shagun and demand that Adi apologize to Mrs. Iyer for his own good or face the music with law enforcement. He could still have promised him to get Adi the help he needs to sort it out. Adi has no sense of responsibility for his actions. Raman played Shagun's game and hid the truth from everyone including Ishu. What was the need to listen to Shagun at all? She's smart at underhanded manipulation not the honest kind.

Ishu was right...Raman, (like Shagun) has made this all about him...his guilt and shame that his 12 year old son ran his mother-in-law down.. Raman could have asked for Bala's help in resolving this issue. As a father of a son and Adi's tutor Bala would have helped him. If his parents cover up his mistakes every time why would Adi bother to own up to his mistakes at all? He is going to expect his parents to fix his mistakes every single time well into adulthood as he dares to get away with his crimes every time. If Raman had to answer the question Ishu posed to Mrs. Iyer...would you not make the culprit pay for the crime if he were a total stranger what would he do? Often times too much importance is given to the relationship as the reason not to do the right thing. Sentimentality stands in the way of looking at things objectively. Doris Lessing said it best ... "Sentimentality is intolerable because it is false feeling".

Ruhi was raised by a Punjaban sherni Toshiji in her early years. She knows how to take on Shagun and is Raman's she know how to stand up for herself. Adi follows Shagun's lead in every way.from speaking rudely, bullying kids to demanding his dad dance to his tunes. Neither Shagun nor Adi have for one moment felt remorse about their selfish demands affecting Raman.. Even after Raman confided his inner struggles Shagun didn't have a word of appreciation or a kind word to say. Instead she gloated to Ishu that Raman would not let anything happen to her. This is Raman's wake up call to it like it is...who are the takers and who are the givers in his life. It's time to realize he has given too little to the ones who have given him the most and given too much to the ones that deserved it from him the least.

Lambu ban gaya lame duck sugar daddy. Once an 8 time CEO of the year is now Shagun's messenger boy ordered to track down Sardarji and keep him away to suppress evidence. Lambu ki bolti bandh aur Shagun ban gayi boss🤔. Once the mastermind behind plans to get Shagun custody of Ruhi and messing with Raman by claiming to be Ruhi's daddy (Ishu, of course, helped Raman throw the proof in Lambu's face), these days Shagun is shouting Lambu into submission to do as she demands. The planets are aligned in Shagun's favor at the moment and Ashok is falling in line. But what happens once this case is over and Raman gets back to his life? She's belittled and antagonized Ashok these past weeks. Wil he chalk it up to the stress of the situation or will he show her the door out of his life. Doesn't look like he's going to be purchasing a 5 carat diamond ring anytime soon...unless he's desperate to keep his Shagun baby by his side?🤔

Shagun is always going to look for ways to get back into Raman's life esp. after the recent weeks of basking in his attention even if it was for Adi's sake. Ruhi will do her best to bring Ishu and Raman closer, but ultimately it's up to Raman to show Shagun her place in his life...firmly in the past and their only connection as Adi's parents.

Did anyone notice the photo of Ashok on the wall when he was getting ready to go with Shagun to the court...he was talking on the cell phone? LOL!😆 Why do they have so many selfies on their bedroom walls? All they need to do is look in the mirror if they love themselves so much😛. Even Raman has three self-potraits above his headboard. Aaj thak Ishu ka ek bhi photo nahi hai in Bhalla house😕. Remember that book on Bhalla's living room table "Men in Mid-Life Crisis"...that was a clue Raman's life was headed in that direction all but a bit early given his age. Next time keep your eyes and ears open for clues, it's all in the little details.😉

CVs are planning to get viewers feeling sorry for Raman that's for sure, so don't be surprised if we get more of the Raman-Ruhi moments and the sad puppy face looks😒 directed at Ishu and his attempts to talk to her...Puthar...you have an Himalyan task of wooing Ishu back into your room let alone your life unless she falls for your charm like a sack of potatoes 😛and forgives you. Make him wait just a little bit longer until he has realized his folly.😉 Just saying sorry ain't good enough this time. Prove it with your actions puthar!🤓

If and when Ishu withdraws the case, will Raman use the opportunity to sing her praises to Shagun and put his ex back on the shelf like a book he once read?

Raman has to realize life doesn't always give you everything you ask for. There are too many variables in life (like Bala's algebra example😉) and at times something's gotta give. Sometimes we no longer want what we desired earlier. A few compromises and different choices may be required. Truth is, life never plays out exactly the way we visualize it every time anyways. If is best he count his blessings and appreciate and value those people who make his world turn and do it with a smile on their faces.😃

Nice post dear ... Exactly my thoughts too... We'll ok if Raman wants to hide truth from Ishu but he must at least now make efforts n tell her that m trying to do this to save shagun coz she's adis mother n he loves her so plz take the case back ... That's all he has to say n Ishu will understand ... 😳

Great post. And yes the photos on the wall scream narcissism to me! Raman needs to take a few down.
