It's the day at the court. Raman came out of the bathroom only to find all his clothes on the bed. She'd chosen a black shirt for him today, without any apprehension he wore the clothes she'd picked out, while wearing those, he couldn't help but wonder what a dutiful wife he'd married, no matter how pissed she is she'd never fall short in fulfilling her duties,he remembered the last night encounter with his daughter and how she'd made him eat and sleep just like Ishita does, he couldn't thank Ishita enough, she clearly imparted the best of values and love to his Ruhi. Yet, he betrayed her trust.
He took the keys of his car, he was stopped only by Neelu since the whole Bhalla family had boycotted him, he never questioned nor was he intrigued by their behaviour.He knew he deserved every bit of their harsh appraisal. He quietly declined Neelu's request of having breakfast and walked out of the house, only to find Ishita in her red car, which was parked adjacent to his. He looked at her with eyes which said a lot, but she was too adamant in her judgement to consider his helplessness. Nonetheless, he didn't complain he knew she was right. She started her car and left leaving him stranded on the road, no where to go, he closed his eyes, gathered himself because he had something to do, he was a father, he was ready to sacrifice everything for that one relation, he'd almost given up everything he couldn't back out now. He drove towards the court. He saw Ishita's car a couple of times on the road, since they were destined to go to the same place, he could have overtaken her a long time back, she wasn't as good a driver as she claimed to be, she was an amateur in front of him but today, he wanted her to win the car race, because letting her win the case was just not possible. He loved Adi too much. Also, he wanted her to reach safely, he'd keep an eye on her, he knew she was stressed, he wished she could have come with him. So what? If they were on opposite sides. Didn't they belong together? But he couldn't say this to her. Not yet, not ever!
They reached the court, he found a parking space and indicated her that, it's vacant, she declined his offer and went to find someplace else. He hit his steering wheel very hard, he waited till she found a parking spot, when she did, he parked his car in the spot which he was holding for her.
She went to meet her lawyer and rest of the Bhalla and Iyer clan. Once he made sure, she's with them, he left from there to meet Pathak and Shagun.
The first half of the case, was focused on presenting the facts in front of the judge, gafoor bhai, the witness who'd seen the accident, they were all called one by one, however none of them could place Shagun on the accident spot. While all the proceedings were going on, Ishita was constantly staring at Raman, who was shit nervous, initially she felt disgusted, that Shagun had this much effect on him, but when his nervousness grew with each passing witness and proof, she somehow felt there's more to it than meets the eye. She'd already come to the conclusion that he's doing everything because Aditya wants to stay with Shagun, but why the nervousness, so much fear on his face. She couldn't understand it, even if Shagun goes to jail Adi, comes to him what's the problem ? She just couldn't make out, but seeing her Raman like this made her regret her decision, what if something happens to him? Oh shit. He was nearly sweating now. She couldn't bear it anymore, she took his hand forcefully got him out of the courtroom, yes she acted like a wife desperate to talk to her husband, oblivious of the surroundings. She got him out and said " what the hell, tell me the whole goddam truth? You're sweating Raman, please ? He said nothing's there, he doesn't want Shagun being end up in jail. This time she shouted " cut the crap will you, that's not a justification to your actions, I know you. Please Raman, I know you don't trust me but please I beg you. Tell me what is the matter. Please he finally said " it's Adi, he's done the accident. She went speechless! She didn't know how to react. All this time he had been saving Adi. Oh my god! He broke down, I'm sorry I love him too much, I can't see anything happening to him, you know how much I care for Amma, I was even ready to send Romi to jail but Adi he's a minor Ishita, Shagun was with him when he was driving, she's manipulated the entire thing, but I don't care, it's Adi I care about. I'm sorry Ishita I know I've been the most pathetic man, but I'm a father... I know that's not an explanation butt...anyway here's the CCTV photage he takes out the pendrive from his pocket, go show it inside, it's about your Amma, I understand sorry for acting like a jerk. And he left from there.
Ishita knew what she had to do, she was hurt a hell lot hurt, she instructed his lawyer to take back the case and apologise for the wastage of the Courts time. He did the needful.
Shagun was gleaming with joy and smirking at Ishita. But Ishita didn't have time for this, she needed to meet someone, who again had misunderstood her, he thought she would show the tape, but she would never do that, she just wanted the truth and for him to trust her that if she'll do anything it'll only be for his good only.
Raman was outside the court sitting on a bench when he got a call from Pathak, informing him about the latest discovery. He was speechless, he couldn't blame himself, he was happy. Nothing will happen to Aditya. The kid really ran on his soul, if only Adi knew he'd been blessed with a dad, who cared the most for him. On learning the reason why this happened, he again went into an full on admiring mode for his wife. Is she some goddess or what? Every time he thinks she'll do this, she completely baffles him with her antics. He saw her coming he rushed to her " Ishita...
Hmmm you didn't show the CCTV photage to the judge.. ? She said " nope I didn't. He said " thankyou! I can't tell you how much that means to me, I really thought you'd show it to everyone. She said " if only you knew me better, you'd save yourself from a the torture and pain you went through. Why don't you trust me? Why don't you confide in me? Where am I lacking? No matter how much I try, you always manage a way to hurt yourself in a deep way and hurt me in the process. Can't we be a team together and solve situations? Why do you get to take all the burden on your head. You learned about Adi and you decided to hide it. Why? You thought I'll send him to jail.? No Raman I know he means the world to you. But yes, it's true I would have been harsh on him and made him apologise. And that's what you should have done. He's a misguided child and I've personally seen that, Shagun gives him 30k for shopping. I know she's to be blamed but he needs to learn and I'm sorry hiding it and covering up his mistakes will turn him into a really bad person. Do you want for your kid?
He said " I'm sorry, I know I'm blinded by his love , and yes I've already scolded him and he will apologise to Amma. I'm sorry Ishita. But Adi Ke liye I'm crazy. I know it's pathetic I've tried to change myself trust me I have. But it's just he's so far away from me. But that's not an excuse."
He bend on his knees and said " mrs Ishita Raman kumar Bhalla, you're the most amazing woman I've ever met in my life and you actually have a heart of gold and an amaZing sense of understanding, please forgive me. Tumhe tumhare lecture ki kasam. Jo ab meine start Kar diye hain dine. But still.

He said " madam hukum Karo

He smiled and said " zyada chutti pe jane laga hain nahi, don't worry he's back mathangi and next condition
She said" I'll drive your car back home and you drive mine
He said " Abey ungli kya di, tumne toh hath pakadliya . And please you're a pathetic driver I was following you today, 2 log marte marte bache hain.
She said " Ramannn and hit him please na. He happily gave her the key, he didn't care about the car, actually he did, but much much much much more about his JKR. He gave her the keys and she said I'll beat you home.
He said " meri maa, tu tameez se meri car leke ghar pahaunch ja. Koi race nahi laga ni mujhe and please this time without a scratch. She said " haan haan don't worry! And she saw him going and asked where are you going. He said " gafoor bhai ke saath family relations banane zaroorat Padhne wali hain
She just smiled and drove away!
