Dear Editors,
We love Ye Hai Mohabbatein, the entire cast and crew. They are doing a fabulous job. It probably is one of the well written shows of Indian Television. We, the audience, specially love the scenes which have Raman Kumar Bhalla at his witty best, showering love on his family and daughter. Your editing ruins our viewing experience. I have never seen such shoddy work. From cutting out scenes telecasted in the precap or playing background music you'll have gone to the level where actors changed from one day to the next. I am talking about the phone call Ishita gets informing her about new owner of the car. It was Mihir who called Ishita in the precap and the next day we saw Raman calling her up. Such carelessness is unacceptable.
Coming to the episode where Ishita and Ruhi apologise to Raman, the scenes felt so disconnected. It was not the first time but definitely the worst of such. According to the dialogue, it probably would have been more appropriate to show Ishita and Ruhi speaking after apologising because your sequence does not explain the scenes that followed. I mean, why was Raman sleeping in the hall?
I do not think it is right for us, the ones with no technical knowledge to point out faults and feel that we could have done a better job. Please do consider this matter.
Sincerely,
An Irritated Viewer.
P.S. I am posting this here hoping someone from the YHM team will take notice of this issue.

The editing is even worst in case of IshRa scenes. They are the soul of this show, and editors prefer to cut their moments. It's funny na!

Cannot agree more on this Sneha honestly some scenes on the show are so poorly edited it makes me cringe. I have seem vms on YT better edited than this one a show telecast on a global network 😳
CVs if this is an intern doing the job, he is screwing it up big time let him learn the ropes first, seriously dont kill our buzz as viewers to teach him some skills

Someone in the editing department needs to pull up his/her socks and take their job seriously. After all it is being viewed by millions on a daily basis. You just can't keep making the same mistakes again & again.

Have noticed that the editing has gotten worse during past couple of months. It was fine till the Parmeet track.

Some of the glitches that irked the most ...Raman carrying Ishu in his arms (one of the worse IMO) and the Ishra galiyan dance (a couple of shots).

Thanks Sneha for the post...

It amazes me that a show that has hit the jackpot with everything else but falls so short in the editing dept.

Is this the production house's idea of putting a kaala tikka so kisi ki nazar nahin lage??? If so, they are really successful!

Exactly! And I don't think it is a secret that the viewers love to see their nok-jhok.

Hey Lucky! I have been meaning to do this since last week.
I think they are counting on us to lose ourselves in the story and not notice.
