PART-2: [continuing the last scene where Raman breaks down infront of Ishita...]
Ishita is standing still in shock seeing Raman breakdown. She helps him to get up while totally confused on what's happening.
Ishita: Raman, baat kya hai? mujhe ab bahut darr lag raha hai aapko aise dekh kar... aaj tak itna kamzoor aur andar se itne toote hua kabhi nahi dekha maine aapko...
Raman trying to gather courage, wipes his tears and takes a deep breath.
Raman: Ishita, aaj jo main tumse kehne wala hu, shayad wo sunke tum mujhe kabhi maaf nahi karpaogi...shayad jo gunah kiya hai maine...use bhagwaan bhi maaf nahi karenge...
Ishita is scared hearing his words wondering what is the whole issue about?
Raman finally looks into her eyes as she is waiting for him to speak up the truth.
"Ishita, wo...wo...amma ka accident...kisne kiya hai ye main jaanta hu par..."
He couldn't continue.
Ishita is shocked to know that he knows the culprit. She could sense that he is trying to hide the culprit and he lied to her and their families.
She goes near Raman, shakes him demanding "Par kya Raman? Boliye... kya chupa rahe hai aap mujhse?"
Raman closes his eyes for a second,as tears roll down from his eyes.
He then continues "wo...accident...param ya ashok ne nahi...par ADI ne kiya hai Ishita...MERE ADI ne 😭 " He heaves a sigh of relief for finally being able to tell her the truth.
Ishita is shocked to learn Adi is behind her amma's critical condition.
Raman continues "Uss din jab tum adi ke saath shopping pe gayi thi, mujhe ashok ke compound me wo accident wali gaadi dikhi with that evil eye. Shagun se jab maine police bulane ki baat ki to wo dar gayi aur usne sab kuch batadiya. Adi car drive karne ki zidd kar raha tha aur glati se amma ka accident hogaya usse...aur shagun ne kisiko nahi bataya ye sach siwaye mujhe. Ashok aur param ko bhi shagun ne jhoot bola ki accident shagun se hui thi. Isliye wo long bacha rahe the shagun ko."
Ishita is shattered. She felt dead for a moment. There were no expressions on her face. She is standing still like a statue.
Raman is worried looking at Ishita, he was scared that she will never forgive him for hiding the truth and breaking her trust.
"Ishita, main jaanta hu ki mai tumhara gunegaar hu! Tumne mujhpe itna bharosa kiya aur maine tumhara bharosa thod diya...par...par ishita, mera yakin maano...main majboor tha... mere Adi ko police arrest kar leti...to uski puri zindagi khatam hojati... usne to abhi duniya dekhi hi nahi hai ishita... "
Ishita couldn't take it anymore and she shouts at Raman showing her hand "Bas Raman! Aur kuch mat kahiye! Aapne sirf mera bharosa nahi thoda hai, aapne mere dil me jo aapke liye izzat thi...pyaar tha... wo sab kuch khatam kar diya aaj aapne..." she looks at him angrily.
Raman is baffled seeing her in aggressive mode. He almost felt like his heart stopped beating.
Ishita "jab maine ruhi ke liye aapse shaadi kii thi, to maine khud ko prepare kar liya tha ki aap jaise patthar dil insaan ko jhel lungi ruhi ke liye. Fir waqt ke saath saath main aapko samajh ne lagi thi...aapka gussa, aapke taunts mujhe ache lagne lage the.
Mujhe laga ab hum sirf ruhi ke liye hi nahi, par ek dusre ke liye bhi feeling rakhte hain.
Maine kabhi aapko shagun se milne pe nahi roka... balki main khud chahti thi ki aap aur adi kareeb aajaye.
Lekin aapne kya kiya? jab saath deni ki baari aayi, to aapne mera haath chod diya? shagun aur adi ke liye? wah raman wah!"
She wipes her tears as she continues "Agar aapke dil me mere liye jagah hoti, aur agar aap mujhpe barosa karte, to aap ye sab mujhse kabhi nahi chupate. Agar aapne mujhse kaha hota ki 'Ishita, Adi se galti se accident hogayi, par mai nahi chahta use saza mile' to main aapki khushi ke liye use shayad maaf bhi kar deti Raman, kyunki aapse main pyaar karti hu aur mai kabhi aisa kuch nahi chahungi jisse aap hurt ho... par aapne to kabhi mujhe apna maana hi nahin"
Raman is speechless. His mind is blank. He tries to hold Ishita by the arm, but she backs off "Don't you dare to touch me Mr.Raman Kumar Bhalla ...aap ko mujhpe koi haq nahi hai. Aap agar shagun ke paas waapas bhi jaana chahte ho to aap beshak jaa sakte hai. Humare beech waise bhi pati-patni ka sirf naam ka rishta hai. Aur jo kuch bhi feelings thi, wo bhi ab marr chuki hai...jo ki aapne khud maar daala hai."
She is about to leave when he bloacks her way.
Raman pleading her "Ishita, tum mujhe galat samajh rahi ho. Plz ek baar meri baat sunlo ishita...plz " he joins his hand infront of her but she doesn't bother.
Ishita "ab kya baaki reh gaya hai sunneko raman? waise bhi, galti meri thi jo maine ye jaante hue bhi ki aapke dil me sirf shagun hai, maine aapse pyaar kiya. Main to khud guilty feel kar rahi thi Raman, ki mai aapko kabhi papa nahi bana sakti, jab ki wo mere bass me hi nahi hai."
Raman again tries to explain her but she doesn't let him to. Finally he loses his patience and grabs Ishita tightly pulling her closer to him "Tumhe meri baat sunni padegi Ishita! Aur jab tak tum nahi sunogi, tab tak main tumhe yahan se kahin nahi jaane dunga."
She looks on in a terrified state as Raman releases her slowly from his grip and explains "Ishita, main koi excuse nahi dunga tumhe. I accept ki maine bahut badi galti ki hai...galti bhi nahi...gunah kiya hai... par ishita, ek baar mere nazariye se dekho. Adi ke paas sirf uski ma,Shagun hai. Ashok aur Param ko Adi ki koi parwah nahi hai. Aur Shagun? chahe usne jo bhi mere saath kiya ho, par wo hai to meri bacche ki maa. Jab wo dono mere saamne ro rahe the...mujhe kuch samajh nahi aaya mai kya karu...
Jaanta hu Adi ne bahut badi galti ki. Par usne jaanmuch kar nahi kiya amma ka accident. Mera Adi jail jaata to uski puri future barbaad hojati Ishita. Isiliye maine sab se chupaya"
Ishita now calms a lil bit yet she was not going to forgive him.
"Aapko kya lagta hai Raman? Mai Adi ko jail hone deti? Agar aap ye sab mujhe usi waqt bata dete to hum dono milkar kuch na kuch upaay nikaal lete iss situation ka. Par aapne ye sab chupake mera bharosa thod diya Raman. aakhir aapne prove kar hi diya ki main aapki zindagi me humesha ek dusri biwi banke hi rahungi. Chahe mai kitna bhi koshish karun aapke saath chalne ki, aap humesha mujhe peeche chodke shagun ka haath thaam lete ho. Kyun Raman?Meri kya galti hai jo har baar aap mera dil dukhate ho uss Shagun ke liye? Kya maine humesha aapka bhala chaha ye meri galti thi? Ya maine aapse pyaar kiya ye meri galti thi?"
Raman could feel her pain that he gave her. He knew he had messed up their relation even before acknowledging their love for each other. He doesn't know how to mend her broken heart. She looks at him for her answers but seeing him not having any answers to her questions, she feels disgusted at him and walks off from there.
Raman runs behind her to stop her but she cries and keeps running away from him. He finally speaks "Ishita, ruko...kya tum bhi mujhe beech raste me chod ke chali jaogi?" She stops listening to him.
Raman walks upto her, holds her hand and says "Ishita, tum jo chahe saza mujhe do, lekin mera saath kabhi mat chodna ishita. Iss baar agar tum bhi mujhe chod ke chali gayi... to main...main...marr jaunga Ishita"
Ishita reflexively keeps her hand on his mouth gesturing to never say like that. He finally relaxes a bit and continues "Ishita, jaanta hu ki maine humesha shagun ko dikhane ke liye tumhare saath bahut na-insaafi ki. And I'm really sorry for that. Aur jo galti maine tumse sach chupakar kii hai accident ke baare me, uske liye shayad bhagwaan bhi mujhe maaf nahi karenge. Par Ishita, kya tum mujhe maaf kar sakti ho?"
She could see the guilt in his eyes and feel his pain. But what he had done was not easy to forget for her.
Ishita "Raman, mai koi bhagwaan nahi hu jo har baar aap mujhe hurt karein aur har baar mai chup chaap sehen karlun. Bardasht ki bhi ek limit hoti hai. Aur jab aapke liye me mere liye koi value hi nahi hai, to mere maaf karne ya na karne se kya farak padta hai aapko?"
Raman is hurt with her words. "mujhe farak padta hai ishita. aaj tak maine kabhi parvah nahi ki kaun mere baare me kya sochta hai. Par jabse tum meri life me aayi ho, mujhe tumhare har ek baat se farak padta tha... aur sach ye hai ki shagun meri zindagi ka hissa thi... par tum meri zindagi ka hissa nahi...tum meri zindagi ho ishita. Tumne mujhe sambhaala hai jab mai apne aap ko ek failure samajhta tha. Tumne mujhe jeena sikhaya hai."
Ishita is moved by his words. Raman "Ishita, mujhe sirf ek mauka do... main ek acha pati banne ki puri koshish karunga. I'm sorry ishita. Aur iss baar ye koshish na ruhi ke liye hogi na shagun ke liye...ye koshish sirf meri jhansi ki rani ke liye hogi."
She is totally perplexed at his confession. She knew that whatever he told now was straight from his heart and she had no doubt on his feelings. She nods in agreement to him. He feels happy and asks "Ishita, tum mujhe kabhi akela chodke nahi jaogi na?"
She smiles and replies "Kabhi nahi "
Raman helds out his hand towards her hoping she would hold him "Promise?"
She holds his hand and says "Ruhi Promise Raman". They hug each other and drive back to home.
