I just wanted him to tell the truth to Ishita, that's it.

I wouldn't want to change anything else in the episode.

But he had that expression when he heard " the truth always comes out".

I think he will tell her eventually.

Exactly ...let him save Shagun, still fine... but y hide the truth from Ishita...by now he should have realized that Ishita will very well be ok to not sent Shagun to jail if Raman says so...even in Params case, Ishita said lets drop the case here when she heard Toshiji crying for her daughters future..but it was Raman who said, No ammas culprit has to be caught...So in this clear case where Adi needs his mother, ishita would have agreed to raman in the beginning itself...then y hide it from her

Raman's actions today are understandable he was clearly shocked confused and torn between his responsibilities. He can't exactly send the mother of his son to jail and let his son rot. I just think he needs to tell Ishita the truth now before she finds out herself.

He isn't right at least considering Adi's side. He has hidden a crime and that too infront of Adi...a wrong lesson to that kid. If he were really a good parent, he wouldn't have done this. Being a good parent is different from being an affectionate parent. And, about Ishita, she will get much more sorrows in her life till she is with Raman.
