guys i was seeing the sbs...i saw it on tv n den replayed it again on net, but cudnt undrstnd the dialog raman spks out... background voice says dat raman realised ishita's love n its time fr raman to realise his love...
then he speaks out sumthin (ofcorse in raman style)... did anyone understnd wat he actually meant to spk???

it wasnt clear, but i cud make out some words..

he was saying something like she was diff from oder girls..ur tongue is saying something n tears r saying somthing else..

I think he saw tears in her eyes when they injected him. He was saying that and teasing her. but the exact words arent clear. so excited to see the entire scene...cant wait for the episode!
