they show karan fooling around with the hospital equipment n having lots of fumn he made the iv bottles into pichkaris too by putting needles in them
SBS played balam pichkari n jabse hus fever ye shuru
and then the scene raman getting blood test clutches ishita starts crying too as she cant see him in pain
shagun arrives at the hospital i think her blood test is being done too for that adi matter 😕 n she extends her hand to raman he pushes it away n holds ishita's hand 😳😆
