People need to look beyond black and white characters. Beyond eye-locks and tripping. Beyond thinking that there is only one relation in the world. There are more equally important relationships. Raman and Ishita are mature individuals. Neither of them is perfect. They make mistakes. They faulter in relstionships. They know life isn't a bed of roses. Just because Raman is married to Ishita it does not mean he'll forget the happy memories he has with Shagun. Shagun will always have some place in his heart. Same with Ishita.

Btw, the most annoying thing on this forum is that some people call Raman's love for Adi as his obsession with him🤢 What do they expect from him? To forget he has one more child? To let that kid grow up hating his dad?

I honestly thought yesterday's episode was a milestone in IshRa's relationship but I opened i-f and everybody was bashing IshRa and then there were so ludicrously bizarre ideas doing the rounds.
I don't why people aren't able to grasp few facts

1. The Raman shagun scene and the IshRa conversation that followed was not just a milestone in IshRa's relationship but also the beginning of Raman letting any emotion he feels for shagun be it anger, hatred go and treating her like just the mother of his child

so so so agree wid it... if u ask me abt Raman's dialogue, i will any time say i disliked it... but later the IshRa conversation, they way they handled that was bang on... Ishita actually showed Raman that how he is still holding on to his past... she said true see her as mother of his child and don't have any other emotion for her... but i will wait for future as how seriously Raman take it... i said in many of posts and view is still same , as long as Raman hold on to his past, IshRa story cannot move on peacefully...

2. Ekta shows and tracks have changed in the past couple of years. We are still holding onto the past when things like having a child with another man to save the life of their other child used to happen...they DONT HAPPEN ANYMORE!!

sorry to disagree here, as its EK show so we all watch it wid anything worst can happen thoughts... as of now we r not having any such track , so not bothered abt it...

3. In an interview ekta has said that now she doesn't look at the stories and scripts of all her shows, she has a team of writers for every show and thy are the sole authorities when it comes to story and script, and there is no denying Sonali ma'am and creative team have done a fantastic job these last couple of months.

agree sonali ma'am and team r doing awesome so far...hopefully they will continue it in future too...

4. The mihir being the culprit thing has been cleared out by Sonali ma'am thanks to Ramona so they haven't disappointed us so far and aren't planning to do so any time soon

i swear this track gave a headache to us all... thank GOD i am lil relieved after confirmation that Mihir is not culprit... but still i want them to end the track soon...its getting irritating now...

I know many people aren't going to agree with me but this is my POV and I think we should wait before jumping to conclusions and bashing the show, it's characters and creators
No offence meant to anyone

agree we should wait before jumping on conclusions ...
but i wanna say one thing more as u have right to state ur POV, other have the equal right... even if they r jumping on conclusions u can't stop them... no offence to any of ur view... hope u understand what i am trying to say 😊

No one is perfect darling. The beauty of a husband wife relationship is that you are with the person who makes you a better human being. Who considers your problem their own. Who you can pour you heart out to without fearing they'll judge you. This goed both ways.

Exactly!!
Every parent loves their child to the point of obsession and specially the child who is away from them, they think about them worry and obsess over them
Raman's love for Adi is perfect and it cannot be expected that h forgets the child who have him the title of being a fathe first

Yeah me too when I heard Raman's dialogue I was very sad because I knew he didnt mean it in that sense but it hurt ishita in a very sore spot, but the way the situation was handled was beautiful
I love how like a real couple they talk things through

Also, yeah I agree just like I'm entitled to my POV everyone else's is too but I only feel that sometimes they are very negative. No offence intended 😊

Exactly nobody is perfect and that is the beauty like you said of a husband and wife relationship, they complete each other, bring each other on the right track and make sure the other person never wavers from the right path

Exactly. This was a huge milestone in Ishra's relationship... Ishra actually talked about her two important things - Ishu's inability to conceive and Raman's relationship with Shagun.

Personally the part where Ishita asked him let go of all feelings for Shagun including hatred or disdain was a profound Gem...because as long as he holds on to that, he will never heal and be free of his past. The best thing he can do for himself is to forgive Shagun and himself and be neutral.

Also if you listen carefully, in the Raman-Shagun conversation, each time he refers to his past happiness, he directly ties it to Adi, his first born, his son.

I don't think Ishita was being mahaan, when she asked him to show respect to his children's mother. He has to think of the impact on his children. His taunting of Shagun's mothering keeps her reacting. And regardless, Shagun as a mother does deserve respect. While Raman's one-liners are funny, he does cross the line even with Ishita. It wouldn't be amiss if he was more respectful to Ruhi's new mom either.

2. Ekta shows and tracks have changed in the past couple of years. We are still holding onto the past when things like having a child with another man to save the life of their other child used to happen...they DONT HAPPEN ANYMORE!!

Halelujah. Thank you. Granted there was some bad stuff in past Ekta shows. Ekta's shows have changed. Just look at all the great things we have continually got with YHM. If something looks like it's not going to be what we want, the Ekta's past gets brought up.

In YHM at least they have consistently surprised us with stuff way better than we expected. Doesn't that track record count?

I mean if we want Raman to let go of his past with Shagun then shouldn't we let go of our past with Ekta and look at things from the present?

Time to give her a break.

3. In an interview ekta has said that now she doesn't look at the stories and scripts of all her shows, she has a team of writers for every show and thy are the sole authorities when it comes to story and script, and there is no denying Sonali ma'am and creative team have done a fantastic job these last couple of months.

Indeed they have!

Exactly. This a daily soap and they do have to have a sense of anticipation so there will be cliff hangers and YIKES precaps so you gotta hang in there in stead of expecting the worst. Even when they give something bad, they don't drag for too long (ok this one dragged a little) but then they turn it around really well. So wait before jumping to conclusions is mighty fine advice on your part.

No offence meant to anyone

Letting our past with ekta go part totally cracked me up 😆
But I agree 100% if we keep holding on to the past and not letting go off the crap we have been subjected to over the years were never gonna be happy and like this keep looking for ways in which yhm is potentially gonna turn into a typical kekta show...
If that does happen in the future we'll cross that bridge when we have to of of we have to 😊

beautiful post, completely agree with your pov.

to be frank if they showed melodramatic moments where ishita gets insulted and raman comes to her defense and in turn insult ed shagun people would have applauded the episodes , since it was heroic according to them.

but raman talikng cordially with his children mother or ishits understanding it and respecting it. is a big NO since to them shagun is a villian and only continues insults at her is going to satisfy them

about the comment on not being father again, well everyone knows that right, after all ishita announced it in public television. so it has become a fact which ishra has accepted. yes it must have hurt to be brought into a conversation but come on we are living on earth. people in our society are going to keep on bringing about that so it is good to know both ishita and raman have accepted the fact and moved on .

raman accepted it he is not regreeting his choice of marrying ishita.
