Brilliant post Shivu!! I so agree. Specially with the part that RKB never ever meant Ishu cant give him a child. Its just that in his sub conscious he has accepted that Adi is and will be his only son.Not because Ishu cant be a mother but because child was never the expectation out of this matrimony. So all moments related to his first son are precious for Raman.

As for him saying sorry and thanks to Shagun I feel that's actually a very good sign.After all till when can you hate a person?Had this been the old Raman he would hv taunted Shagun to not remind him of his duties when she is herself a bad mother. But he never said that. At that moment it was not about shagun for him, it was abt his son.And Shagun was just the person who reminded him of an imp date in his sons life. And thus that thanku and sorry were his signs of beginning to treat shagun ONLY as adi's guardian rather than his ex. He didnt throw any pot shots at her. And that's exactly what Ishu advised him to do.

So in a way what Ishu thinks he must do to move on from shagun, unknowingly he has started. He has started being in peace with the fact that he is happier even sans Shagun in his life.

And for all these reasons I feel yesterday's epi was quite meaningful. Its imp for Raman to realize that all his anger he shows on shagun is actually not anger but his own self-pity. And as he will go on accepting the happiness of his present, he will realize that whatever bad shagun did to him, now holds no meaning in his life. Because Ishu added her own meaning and beauty to his life 😳
