Well I do agree that stem cell track will come up ..but today Ishu told RAman that they will be on par with all issues regarding Ruhi and Adi ...So when Adi is sick RAman will keep her in the loop completely ..and both Raman and Ishu will land up staying together in the hospital etc...tho it might be Shagun's plan to get lone time with Raman, Raman will involve Ishu in everything OR have give the reins in her hand since she's the doctor and in his words the one with better medical knowledge! ..

Hopefully Ekta will spare us the trouble of seeing Raman in a compromising position with Shagun...

hope that happens ..considering it's supposed to be more of a realistic drama than one of Ekta's concoctions ...with random marriages and break-ups!

I don't think YHM will go in KZK way with regards to this stem cell track. Here they are talking about stem cell storage, where they are paying a fee to store stem cells from Adi's umbilical cord blood. So if he were ever to get sick and needs a stem cell transplant, they don't need another sibling's. These stem cells can be used for a family member also. So it won't go the KZK way. However there is a possibility of Adi becoming sick or Shagun faking it to separate Ishra. But like someone mentioned, Raman will probably ask Ishita to help make decisions with regards to medical issues...

I won't be surprised if they take this route , this is typical Ekta material , multiple marriages , Re- marriages , etc etc. But If I think logically then one this is for sure that they'll lose Audience , YHM craters the Urban audience , its really very close to real life and that is its USP , I don't think that ekta maam will take this route , But then its Ekta Kapoor and She is very nuch capable of doing this.
