I think it is mihir

I think it is becoming clear that mihir might have a hand in it and they were showing OCD and weak memory and he might have done it and does not remember and it is clear he might have a split personality

I seriously hope not..Cvs should not show something so OTT as split personality..I think we are thinking too much of the ice-cream incident..it was a simple scene to show more of Mihir-Mihika..why should there be more to it?..CVs just want us to think that its somebody apart from evil trio as it would be too obvious seeing their history;;but I think in the end it will be one of the three devils-Ashok/Param/Shagun.

N I think param only.. Simmi would hv helped him... Raman n ishita sent param to jail..now he is taking revenge by sending raman to jail at same tym hurting ishita by this accident.. N trying to create rift between ishita n raman..

Simmi could have stealthily used Raman's SIM thinking that she is very smart, which everyone knows she is not.</font>

THIS IS UNLIKELY: Adi : Since there is a huge clue to Raman that it is same model that hit Amma, he would have somehow zeroed in on the fact that Adi did this. In order to save him, he could have got the car alright and sent it back to Adi. He wouldnt have expected Ishita to find out some clues about the car. Also the car came to the function, so possible that Ashok and Shagun used it for the day. THIS IS UNLIKELY, coz this is character assassination of Raman! Raman made Adi apologize to Ishita, so it a far shot that he would have helped Adi out of this. He would rather choose to tell Ishita about Adi's involvement in this and they would have solved it together. So it</font>'s either Mihir or Sirmeet.
