Raman was in for the shock of the millennium when he saw in the mirror that he has just been subjected to the most embarrassing wound ever! He tried washing a few times, yet the red bloody spot showed very evidently. "Beta isse toh koi bhi pehchaan sakta hai...kya karoon main?", he thought while still looking at the bite. He walked out of the bathroom to bump into his daughter, "Ruhi! Uth gaye ho tum...itni jaldi? Good morning!". Ruhi rubbed her eyes and pulled his pants asking him to kneel down. She kissed him on his cheeks, "Good morning papa! Haan aaj subah skating hai..." and pinned her look at his wound on the lips, "Arey Papa! Kya hua?". "Kahan beta?", he stammered as he least expected that his daughter would catch him first. "Accha yahan? Haan kissi ne maar diya mujhe!", he scratched his forehead with a sheepish smile. "Kya? Kisne mara, batao papa!", she bubbled in anger. He cooled her down, "Koi nahi Ruhi...teri..haan...teri daadi ne mara mujhe...main bahut late uthta hoon na...isliye khoob daat rahi thi aur mujhe ek maar bhi diya muh pe!", he divulged the spontaneous lie in one go. "Accha!", she giggled, "Theek hai papa! Mujhe brush karao!". "Chalo!", he said and took her into the bath room.

Raman showered and wore his Orange shirt and black trousers. He went to the dining table where Toshi was already seated. The moment he sat in front of her, little did he know that she would probe the wound spot on. "Arey Puttar...yeh ki hoya? Chot lagi hai?", she voiced her concern. "Hey Bhagwan!", he crushed his teeth and looked away, "She needs glasses to see TV, but she doesn't need any of that for scanning people, atom by atom!" . He trembled, "Woh maa...aisa hua hai ki...", he accelerated his brain to come up with a new lie, "Haan...woh...Ruhi ne kick mardi...neend mein! Woh sote sote ulta hogayi thi aur zor se ek maari..raat ko 3 baje...mera hi dant lag gaya...", he made a sorry face which was just enough to melt his mom. "Arey mera baccha! Yeh Ruhi shaitaan hai...Kal se woh mere saat soyegi!", she ordered. Raman felt secretly happy at his ek-teer-do-nishaane. He could brilliantly use a lie to manage his mom and got to sleep with Ishita alone, as well!

"Maine kick maara?", Toshi and Raman turned in a jiffy to look at Ruhi. She was standing with both her hands in her hip like a tea pot with her ears fuming in anger. Raman did a facepalm and covered his face in embarrassment without any clues of how to handle this. "Aap kitna jhoot bolte ho papa?", she shrieked. "Choti Jhansi ki Rani meri! Jhoot ko jhat se pakad leti hai! Bilkul baap pe gayi hai...", he thought and told her, "Aa Ruhi! Jhoot kab bola maine? Haan maine bola ki kissi ne kick maara, par yeh thodi bola ki tumne maara!". He got her to sit in the chair next to him. Toshi hurried, "Arey! Abhi toh bola tumne ki Ruhi ne kick maara!". Ruhi looked at him in fury. "Arey arey maa...Ruhi... Ruhi nahi mummy...maine bola Ishita ne kick mara...aapne sahi se nahi suna...", he looked at Toshi with an awkward grin.

"Accha? Maine kab kick mara? Zara details bata sakte hai?", Ishita walked out of bathroom in her beige saree. He felt he was bowled out thrice in the same over. He punched his fist on the dining table and folded his lips in anger but, "aahhh", he said as the wound hurt while biting. "Ishita tumhe shayad yaad nahi hai...tumne kick maara raat ko mera muh pe!", he signaled with his eyes and asked her to accept what he is saying. She nodded in negative which resulted in a "Please" look from Raman. "Hmm!", she smiled and said to the other ladies, "Shayad maara ho! Sorry Raman, lag gayi aapko?", she came close to him and touched his wound. "Haan! Bahut dard ho raha hai", he made a sorry face. "Tcch!", she said and offered to apply a cream. He said, "Arey meri Mother Teresa, mujhe kuch nahi chahiye!", he Namaste-d her and rushed out with his laptop to open the door.

Simmi just walked into the house with a bag full of vegetables. Raman bumped into her and Simmi looked at him to tell him a bye. He stood there for a split second only to hear what he detested to hear since that morning - "Kya hogaya bhai? Chot lagi hai muh pe!". His eyes flared red, "Jaao, google karke pata karo, abhi tak poori duniya jaanti hogi mere saat kya hua! Pagal!", he barked at her and pushed off the house before the Iyers, Aunties or the watchman confronted him about it! Ishita laughed at his crazy plight and pile of lies and started to plait Ruhi's hair.

He reached office and he remembered he was already running late for the meeting he had fixed with Pathak for renewing few legal contracts. He barged into his room while saying, "Sorry guys! Was held up at the house with something! Shall we begin?", he sat in his chair and opened his laptop. Mihir and Pathak were sitting in front of him with their laptops. "Yeah, lets start!", said Pathak and looked up to see Raman. The moment Raman thought Pathak was looking at him, he lowered the height of his swivel chair and hid behind his laptop, so that Pathak can see only up till his eyes. He knew Mihir wasn't that smart in this department, so he did not bother about him noticing him. "Bhai?", Pathak called again as Raman was busy hiding. "Haan! I'm here! Read out the changes in the contract Pathak, main sun raha hoon!", he slid even below his present position. Mihir looked bewildered at his actions and looked at Pathak to ask in a husky voice, "Ho kya gaya hai bhai ko?".

Pathak elongated his neck and peeked into Raman behind the laptop. Raman looked at him the very moment, "Kya? What happened Pathak?", he looked down again to hide his lips. That minute was enough for Pathak to notice the wound and questioned himself - "Kahin yeh meri jaisi chot toh nahi hai?". He signaled Mihir to keep quiet and continue with the meeting. Once the meeting was over, Mihir got up from his seat and finally got to notice the red wound on his lips. "Bhai, yeh kya ho gaya hai? Itna laal sa...kya hua?", he asked with immeasurable concern. Raman couldn't hide it anymore and he knew he cant hide this for eternity for this wound could take a week to disappear. While his lie department was working to produce another lie, he got a call and that was from Ishita. Raman made it an excuse and walked out immediately.

Pathak asked Mihir if they can go grab a tea in the meantime. On the way to the pantry, Pathak said, "Mihir...yeh kuch mamooli si chot nahi hai...samajh raha hai na tu?", he winked. Mihir understood what he was trying to say, "Haan Pathak...Mujhe bhi laga...but bhai aur bhabhi abhi bhi kuch romantic terms mein nahi hai...yeh hone ka chance bahut kam hai!". "Hmm!", said Pathak, "Chance kam hai Mihir, but chanceless toh nahi hai na?", he winked again. "Well Pathak, in my wishful thinking, yes, but bhai ke saat aisa? Aur woh bhi itni sharmiliee Ishi bhabhi...nah! Matlab...Pehle bhai allowing such a thing to happen to him and Ishita bhabhi doing such a harkat...Chanceless hi kahoonga main!". They reached the pantry and took their teas to sip, while they heard Raman's voice talking to Ishita in a corner of that floor.

"Ishita...Tumhari waje se main iss situation mein hoon bewakoof...Har koi chot ke bare mein hi pooch rahe hai! Idiot kahinki...", his anger was at 10 on the scale 10.

Mihir and Pathak listened to his line and choked on their tea. "Prrr!", Mihir choked first, followed by Pathak. They did a Hi-5 to each other as their prediction was right about the wound. "Dekha...toh Ishita bhabhi ki waje se chot lagi hai!", Pathak laughed out loud. "Nahi Pathak...wound nahi...Bite!", said Mihir and did a hi-5 again! They thought of confronting him about it to get the truth out of horse's mouth.

They convened back in his room. Pathak showed Mihir a thumbs up . Mihir asked, "Yeh kya hua hai bhai aapke muh pe? Aap phone pe bhabhi pe chilla rahe the ki...". Raman interrupted him the very moment, "Mihir, when did you actually start eavesdropping? When did you start stooping to such levels...yeh tera kharab sangat ka asar hai...Ishita se dosti band karo tum! Uske tarah tum bhi Jagga jassoos ban gaya! Yeh chot haan...Ishita ke waje se lagi!". Pathak smiled at Mihir that their confrontation brought out the truth. But Raman continued, "Kal main teri bhabhi ka clinic gaya tha! Cap fix karane! Tab woh madam ke haat se forceps fisal gaya aur mujhe yeh chot lag gayi! Hogayi tassalli? Ab aage bade?". "Theek hai bhai...no issues...sorry maine aapse personal questions kiya!", said Mihir and looked baffled at Pathak.

They broke for lunch and Pathak asked Mihir after Raman left. "Yeh kya reason hogaya! Mujhe toh yeh jhoot lag raha hai!", while biting his pen. Mihir smiled, "Hey Pathak tu toh lawyer ho yaar! Kaise pakad lete ho tum itne acche se!", he frowned then , "Par dekha? Kaise bhai ne popat kar diya!". "Nahi Mihir ruko main Ishita bhabhi ko phone lagata hoon, mere paas ek plan hai!", Pathak's Advocate brains worked for a good cause. Mihir laughed at their foolishness to be investigating about a prospective love bite. Pathak called Ishita and put it on speaker.

"Bhabhi, aap aaj clinic mein hai kya? Thoda dard ho raha hai wisdom tooth mein...dikhana tha!", he winked at Mihir. Ishita said, "Ohhh! Neil, main do din se clinic nahi jaa rahi hoon! Renovation chaalu hai, so clinic kal se hi khulega! Tum ek kaam karo, ghar pe aake dikha do! I'm sure there is nothing serious, I will give you something for the pain!". Pathak thanked her and cut the line. He did a hi-5 again with Mihir and they both laughed at their bro being caught red handed. Raman eavesdropped at the entire conversation from outside the door and slapped his forehead. "Yeh Raja Harishchandra ki poti hai kya...kar waqt sach bolna rehta hai isko...Idiot!", he rumbled and decided to leave the office for the day unable to confront Mihir and Pathak after being caught.

He reached home just after 4 pm. "Arey! Aap itni jaldi", Ishita asked and noticed the wound again to laugh mutely. "Hassee aa rahi hai? Comedy piece lagta hoon kya main tujhe?", he growled. He walked in to see Sheila Kejwani teaching Maths to Ruhi in her room. He wanted to check on her progress. He went to them and sat next to Ruhi on her bed where Sheila was sitting on a chair next to the bed. The instant she saw Raman walking in, her seducer mode activated and started twirling her hair. "Oh Raman ji! Kaise ho aap?", she asked in a husky erogenous voice. Raman smiled at her coyly and said, "Main theek hoon Sheila, aap kaisi ho?", he looked at her profoundly. Ruhi wondered what happened to her dad all of a sudden on seeing Kejwaani. Little did she know, "Papa ki jawani bhi jag gayi!". Ruhi excused herself to go to the rest room.

Ishita was nervous from the second she noticed Raman walking into her room. She was wondering if he went in to flirt with her and she couldn't stand the thought of being insecure. She slid across the living room and peeked into Ruhi's room. Sheila was busy scanning Raman's face and his hotness while he was looking into Ruhi's book. Being a woman, Ishita realized that she was looking at Raman in a suggestive manner. She wanted to charge in and beat the crap out of Sheila Ki Jawani but she waited for a respectable (?) moment for her entry. Raman looked at Sheila and he instantaneously realized that she was gazing at him. He felt awkward but he noticed Ishita's saree peeking in from outside the room, so he decided to change the ball game. His obstinate look changed into a pleasant smile and said, "You have a beautiful hair Sheila! Your lipstick shade, WOW!", he looked at her intensely. Ishita pounded the wall with her fist looking at Raman's flirt-aceous avatar. Sheila smiled at him, "Raman ji! What happened to your lips?". Raman was stumped this time that even the dumb Sheila can question him if he gave her a square feet of space to annoy Ishita. Sheila extended her hand towards Raman, and that is when Ishita's threshold broke. She surged in and held Raman by his hand. "Chaliye aap...", she said. "Kahan Ishu?", he faked a worried look and winked at her. She kept mum and dragged him into their room.

"Kya zaroorat hai? Kyun aap itna chipak rahe ho uss Sheila ke saat? Maine kaha na woh sirf attention aapko degi...!", she screamed.

"Ishita! Tumhe kya hogaya! Main bas mera saara humiliation tumhe wapas de raha tha!"

"Matlab?", she asked with shrunk eyebrows.

"Matlab yeh hai ki...Poora din mera balatkar hua tha balaatkar!", he raised his voice, "and you had no idea what I had to go through the entire day with such an embarrassing mark on my lips!"

"Toh main kya karoon? Aapne poocha aur maine dikahya bas!", she shrugged.

"Arey Jungli kahin ki! Maine poocha woh kya hota hai, karke dikhane ki kya zaroorat thi?", he shrieked like an old door.

Her face drooped looking at his anger over her, "Kuch logon ko theory nahi samajh aati hai! Isliye practically kar ke dikhaya maine!". He realized she was on the verge of getting dejected at his "made-up" anger. He looked her without saying a word and he wanted to raise her chin up, but folded his fingers tight. "Ab kya hua?", he asked lowering his voice.

She walked close to him and pulled his first button. She twirled it to ask, "Aap aise kyun chilla rahe hai jaise aapko pasand nahi aaya?" and made face like a sad smiley. He looked into her innocent face, losing himself into her eyes, "Haan pasand to aaya..par". She looked up. He regained his fake anger mode once again, "Nahi...Nahi pasand aaya mujhe...gawar harkat thi teri! Kitna sharminda hona pada mujhe...cheee!".

"Accha?", she took her hands off him and yelled, "Aap yeh batao na...ki aap manage nahi kar paaye iss love bite ke saat...maan lijiye na ki aapko sahi se jhoot bhi nahi bolna aata!".

"Ohhh! So this was my incompetence that I couldn't deal with this? Cannibal kahin ki! Ab dekhta hoon tu kaise manage karegi!?", he said in a determined voice and walked close to her. "Matlab?", she trembled in fear. He held her head and returned the favor to her - Kissed her like a Lion, so fierce full at a level more than she ever could imagine. She milled his chest in resistance for few seconds but she gave in to his advance and felt elated from within that he has taken a revenge on her in a way she would love. After no-one-knows-how-long he threw her head off his and walked out. Ruhi came in to their room searching for both of them and sprang into Ishimaa. Ishita sat on their bed wondering how her husband is not any less. Ruhi came to her with her book to show she got full marks, "Ishima! Aapko kya hogaya lips pe? Abhi papa ne kick mara?". Ishita looked beaten, beaten by her one-of-a-kind rebellious husband.

Isha... this revenge game sure is interesting 😊 poor Raman, the whole world is suddenly interested in his well being...i would have thought he is a smart lier... love and passion make one so stupid 😆
