Aditya had Raman sign a document changing his last name (surname) to Khanna. First of all, the legality of such document may come into question...such drastic action usually requires witnesses and maybe even a judge to approve of it, not a 10 year old who hates his father's guts.
So if he is now Aditya Khanna both Shagun as biological mother and Ashok as guardian uncle 😆 could be in trouble with the judge who could well throw the book of law at them for giving a minor access to a car...a weapon capable of killing like handing a gun to a child with bullets in it.
Does this mean Raman as biological father goes to court and gets custody of Aditya?
