They have accepted their relationship, which is evident through the jealously, the pain and the care. They are opening up to each other and seeing eye to eye, which I think is a huge step forward in their relationship.
I'm going to be the villain here and say I don't want a confession right about now 😳 Before you throw chappals at me, hear me out. IshRa themselves don't know that they are in love yet. There's no realization or acceptance from either party. In their mind it's still Ruhi ke liye. I really hope they start to realize that it's about them now. What Raman does effects Ishita and vice versa.
I don't think they're completely "in love" either (there but not entirely). Sure IshRa have come along way since their marriage but I personally think they have an equally long way to go before a confession.

i totally agree with you Gur... there is lot to go...befr confession...
tey just started thr "dosthi" now... yet to realise thr feelings themselves...
tey have to move the phrase "sirf ruhi ke liye " to "sirf mere liye...sirf hamari liye"
till now the slow pace movement of ishra was mindblowling...and want slow goin to
reach final ishra destination...i mean forever together
