Do you all really think that Mihir is Shagun's brother??

Do you think that Toshi who doesn't leave a single stone unturned in bad mouthing Ishu will so willingly agree to all things Mihir if he's Shagun's brother?? ..And simmi??

At least once they'd have expressed some disgust or something and RAman would have pacified her or whatever...

Seems quite strange that Raman himself will do so much for Shagun's brother ...

Maybe they both come from the same orphanage or something ...since neither seems to have any blood related family around! ..

Mihir is Shagun's brother. There was an article right when YHM started with Raj Arora replacing Vineet Raina. Vineet had said he had to step down because he was playing the brother in law of Raman's character and had to look younger to KP.

The reason why Mihir switched sides isn't revealed yet but his coldness towards Shaguns says something. Toshiji and every else in Bhalla family seem to forgotten Mihir has blood relations to Shagun and the reason will be revealed.

I am very sure Mihir and Shagun are siblings/cousins.
Theres def some tension in their rishta. We have seen it time and again.
Else it wont be SO IMPORTANT for Raman to make mihir take a stand against his decision.

As for mrs bhalla shes is loud and rude but on a whole she is not negative. She oscillates b/w black and white shades. So her not opposing to rkb-mihir frnship doesnt come as a surprise to me coz what all she wants is Ramz 2 be happy.
