so a big thanks to u actually for making a thoughtful post...

Simmi arghhh this name is irritating me wid every passing epi...
God she is so dumb... nd actually very cheap...not only her language but thinking also...
nd u can once change anybody's language... but their thinking can never be changed...
i always hoped Simmi to back on track soon...but i guess she will always remain same...

nd u said very much right... the moment equation of their relation was out... all eyes were on Ishu only... Bhalla family knows Raman spent a night wid Shagun... they simply believed what Raman said instead blaming he too was desperate ...but in case of Ishu , no whatever she said is plane lie ...disgusting mentality of Toshi , Simmi nd many like them...

Thanks once again and Simi is honesly losing it big time I cant even understand why would she make her mom ask Iyers for some gifts for Mihir Trisha' engagement who the hell would be willing to land up on the streets for the wedding of a PG? 🤪

Now with Mihir Mihika coming together this will be a problem again though - aap ke beti hamara ladka thing uff I hope Raman puts his foot down and says no dowry Mihika alone is enough and that Mihir needs or wants nothing more from the Iyers 😳

@bold - exactly he said Adi' name and it was free pass also since he is their son its OK even if he was with Shagun without Adi but a bahu oh no 🤢

Right frm the way their own dads treat their moms..or sisters... In the most educated of families the sexist divide exists .. Female infanticide and what not...its changing but very very slowly...even Sometimes change is a farce.. During the protests against the 16 dec horror two yrs back..even in the protest morchas there were guys who came just to molest girls..how disgusting can things get..😡and its there all over around the world.. The objectification.. Movies..lyrics .. Ads.. And its all so artificial..all ads will run..hey women u r great campaigns on mothers day n womens day...on all other days its hey women u r dark..here use this..hey women u r not desirable ..here use this... .. I feel if women stop taking shit frm men men will lessen it .. But some relationships,...the guys mistreat their gf..or wife or colleague and the woman normalises it with or without majboori...n the guys happily continue the violence as nothing to fear 😡... Even moms of guys in real life first say us ladki ne entice kiya mere puttar nu 😡 If ever romi gets caught ( which he will one day ) with mihika kind of thing tried out successfully on any other girl..all toshi bhalla wud do is tell..raman puttar jaisey taisey karkey jail se bacha le..baaki main samjhaa doongi romi ko Oh so many things have to change in society.. Even ads jokes n movies with bolder themes find hard to find audience..like sushmita said on CNWK that in olden days if the heroine was taller or same height as hero she had to stand in that gadha so that hero taller dikhey ..translates to dominating dikhey... .. Anyway things r changing n hopefully women realise tht silence is the biggest violence hwever small the discomfort be ...

Jay I am so so stumped here with your reply because its so true, sick things like these happen daily and the problem is people take it casually.

Women are objectified left right and center in movies/shows/ads and what not and its all given the name of publicity and campaigning.

Mothers like toshi and wives like simi exist and so men like Perv and Ashok are raised to become the way they are. there is no way this will change until these women change and sadly what you said about Romi is also true

You know I heard this in a show once I cant recall which but the heroine asked why should we lock up our daughters from stepping out at night why not put our sons behind those closed doors so that our daughters may roam free and fearless - until this attitude is brought about nothing can change sadly

true there has to be a major shift from the attitude and seekh given to girls and boys.. Girls are told "don't get raped"... Instead of boys being told "dont rape"😡

@ EkPaheli :- true that scene was really irritating... what the hell was that. God they were forcing Iyer's to give expensive gifts to all coz mihir is Ishu's devar...
Even I belongs to a punjabi family so I knw this extra show off n all is not new but notging such happens like what simmi said. Arre Ishu k devar ki marriage hai, what Iyers have to do in it.
Khair We were wondering na what's Simmi's education. They showed yesterday. when Vandy said tum to padhi-likhi nahi. She said so true...

Thank you for bringing this up and what you said is absolutely true. It is sad that there is a part of society where women are looked at as a commodity and Ashok and Parmeet clearly depict that aspect of it.
